| With the continuous advancement of the Chinese modernization process,earth-shaking changes have taken place in the rural society.In this process,farmers gradually differentiate from homogeneous to heterogeneous.In the background of the farmers’differentiation,their interests are also constantly dividing.In the process of land acquisition and demolition,famers of different classes have different needs for interests,so they have different choices of actions when expressing interests.At present,our country is building more and more infrastructures such as reservoirs,power stations,and roads in rural areas.More and more rural land is being converted to construction land.The construction of these public infrastructures has effectively promoted economic and social development,but it has also caused a lot of farmers to become displaced households.In this process,in order to protect their own interests,farmers of different classes will choose different actions to express their interests.This article is divided into three parts.The first part is the first chapter.The previous relevant researches have been summarized and analyzed.Although many achievements have been achieved in the area of farmers’ class differentiation and the expression of interests,but there is a lack of attention to the characteristics of stage and mining of "local knowledge".Hence,this article takes H village located in the west of Sichuan as an example,using "process-event analysis" and other research methods to study the choose actions for the expression of farmers’ interests at different levels,according to comprehensively using rational choice theory,resource mobilization theory and relative deprivation theory.The second part of this article,which includes chapters two,three,and four dynamically presents the action choices for the expression of interests of farmers of different classes in village H during land acquisition and house demolition.The second chapter introduces that after learning the clues of land requisition and demolition in advance,farmers of different classes adopted different strategies which include of renovating houses and building houses.What’s more,raised their respective concerns in the villagers’ assembly,and bargained with the survey team during the house survey to increase the amount of compensation.The third chapter mainly describes that farmers refused to sign because of dissatisfaction with land acquisition prices,and blocked members of the survey team due to them forced the village leader to submit an official seal.At this background,the government arrested four famers as a warning.The fourth chapter describes the attitudes of famers of different classes to petitions when the government lie the farmers to buy pension,and how famers use the Internet to express their interests after the petition failed.The third part namely chapter four analyzes the class differentiation of H Village,farmers’ interest differentiation in land acquisition and house demolition,and the logic of action behind the expression of interests.These research found that in the H village land acquisition and demolition process,the managerial class assists the local government in the work;the elite class has differences,most members cooperate with the village cadres to complete the relocation work,and a few members choose not to cooperate;the ordinary class adopts a variety of methods to gambles with the local government;the poor class choose to remain silent after taking some actions.In addition to interests,the action choice of farmers of different classes also impacted by regional culture,era background,and farmers’ own endowments of resources.Overall,the thesis pays attention to the staged characteristics of famer class differentiation and interest expression,and also excavates "local knowledge",which broadens the space-time scope of current academic research. |
