Research On Public Service Management Of Migrant Workers In Dongguan City

Community is a social entity and a basic place for modern people to live,play and work.With the acceleration of urbanization,more and more land has been expropriated and more and more farmers have been integrated into the community,thus posing great challenges to the community’s ability to manage public services.Taking Xihu community in Shilong Town of Dongguan City as the research object,this paper describes the development of community public service at home and abroad in detail,describes the research background and the value of the research work,aims to lead to the theme of the full text,and carry out the theme discussion,and then the concept of migrant workers,community concept,community public service connotation,new public service theory,public product theory,public service On this basis,the paper analyzes the current situation and demand of public service management of migrant workers in Xihu community by using questionnaire survey and interview method.It also points out that the employment channel of migrant workers is single,the basic social security difference of employed migrant workers is large,the awareness of "medical insurance" of migrant workers is poor,the prevalence of "sick and belittled" and the children of migrant workers go to school nearby This paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of restrictions,specifically from the community,migrant workers themselves and the imbalance between the supply of community public services and the demand of migrant workers’ public services.Through the research on the experience and reference of public service management at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the community management system of migrant workers,improve the community service system of migrant workers,expand the participation of migrant workers in community employment training,so as to improve the public service management level of migrant workers in Xihu community of Shilong Town,Dongguan City Efficiency.
