| Today’s China is taking an unprecedented process of urbanization,which is never been seen through thousands of years. The big number of migrant workers to Canton made a great contribution to the economic and social development in this city, but they did not obtin proper rights and interests on the basis of social public services,such as labor rights,social welfare, culture & life, education rights etc. This also leads to an outcome that,although a lot of migrant workers live in Canton, but it is difficult for them to integrate into the city, most of the time, They are alienated from the city residents. Based on the study of service & management situation for the migrant workers to Canton and faced difficulties,This article try to explore an effective model of service & management for the migrant workers to Canton, and try to provide some reference to improve urban management and strengthen social management in Canton.Firstly, this article defined and analyzed the public services theoretical foundation concepts, combed the literature studies on the service & management and effect of domestic and foreign remote workers systematically. Secondly, through effective questionnaire statistical analysis basing the migrant workers to Canton, made an in-depth research on service & management situation of the migrant workers to Canton. Then,according to the conclusions of the analysis, contacting the actual situation of service &management for the migrant workers to Canton, discovered the problems of the experience of service & management for the migrant workers to Canton, as well as problems in the the overall quality of the migrant workers to Canton, the ability to identify the demand forpublic services, communication channels, administrative system, allocation of public resources, social coordination,etc. Finally, came up with some further improvement recommendations of service & management effectiveness for the migrant workers to Canton: enhancing the overall quality of the migrant workers to Canton, strengthening their capacity to improve their situation; enhance the ability to identify the demand for public services, improve the precision of public services;building and improving more and more platforms of communication and coordination to promote positive interaction between the parties; accelerating administrative reform, improving public service efficiency; striving to improve the equalization of public services, and enhancing the sense of belonging of the migrant workers to Canton;striving to foster the development of social forces, promoting social coordination. |
