Research On Community Grid Governance

With the progress of society and the acceleration of urbanization,China’s urban area and population have grown rapidly.Many cities,especially large cities,have many community groups with complex population structure and large scale.A large number of contradictions and even conflicts have begun to erupt in urban community clusters,resulting in a more and more serious public security situation.Therefore,it is urgent to seek a new model of community governance.As an innovative model of community governance,grid governance has overturned the traditional model of community governance and is playing an increasingly important role in the field of social governance.Especially in the public health security incident caused by the new coronavirus,the community used the grid to monitor and manage the situation of the personnel,and gave full play to the sniper role of the community in epidemic prevention and control,making the community a strong bastion for epidemic prevention and control.This article selects the grid-based governance of Dongguan street community in Guangling District,Yangzhou City as the research object,and uses research methods such as literature research method,survey analysis method,and comparative research method to analyze and investigate according to typical models.The procedures suggested by the countermeasures study the community governance of Dongguan Street.The article first defines the concepts of social governance,grid-based social governance,and community grid-based social governance,and sorts out the theoretical basis of community grid-based governance.Based on this,these new public management theories,refined management theories,and good governance Basic theories such as theory are combined with community grid governance.Based on the development overview and specific practices of Dongguan Street Community Grid Governance,through questionnaire surveys,interviews and comparisons,this paper analyzes the issue of grid management of Dongguan Street Community in Guangling District,Yangzhou,focusing on the ineffective integration of law enforcement forces and grassroots There are four aspects:weak basic work,insufficient use of information technology and low participation of community residents and organizations.In order to further improve the level of gridded governance of Dongguan Sub-district Community,we can start from four aspects:changing government functions,strengthening grassroots foundations,strengthening information support,and encouraging public participation.Based on the actual situation in the region,we can improve the grid governance structure and mechanism with a view to Promote the development of the refined grid governance theory of the Yangzhou community.
