A Further Study On Grid Governance Of Urban Communities

In October 2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the need to realize the national modern governance capacity,so as to release the vitality of the grass-roots,which is also the latest requirement of grass-roots governance.Community is the smallest unit of social basic management and the most practical space for residents to live.With the deepening of economic transformation and the continuous development of society,the process of urbanization is accelerating,the community scale is growing,contradictions and interest demands are emerging,and the requirements of interest subjects and claimants are also diverse,uncertain and complex.There are some disadvantages in the traditional community management mode,such as rigid management mode system,backward methods and means,extensive management mode,high management cost,unsatisfactory service quality and difficult to meet the people’s pursuit of a better life.Under this background and premise,the innovation governance capability reform has become a major issue that needs to be solved and relieved in China.Based on the background of China’s Community Grid governance reform,this paper puts forward the new public management theory based on the government management theory as an important theoretical premise and basis,and takes the community management of Meishan street in Nanjing as a specific case,analyzes its community governance mode and development effect,and also discusses some disadvantages and disadvantages in the promotion process of grid governance mode On this basis,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the grid governance reform,and studies that the grid governance model of Meishan street in Nanjing has been gradually formed and improved,but there are still some problems to be solved,mainly manifested in the imperfect grid organization structure system,the uneven quality of grid management personnel,and the staff in China At the same time,from the organization,team,style,efficiency and other aspects of the proposed countermeasures and perfect suggestions,in order to provide better experience and reference for the promotion and implementation of grid governance.
