Research On The Development And Optimization Of Network Government Service In Grassroots Government

With the innovation of network technology,people’s thinking has been broadened,their ability to accept new things has increased,and their style of production and life both have become more modern.Correspondingly,higher requirements have been placed on the handling of public service matters.At present,the offline service model is far from meeting the needs of today’s people for handling public affairs,and the government service methods relying on big data and Internet technology are increasingly accepted by people.The grassroots government,as the cornerstone of social stability,is the most direct practitioner of providing services to the people.The quality of government services of the grassroots government directly affects the public’s recognition of the government.In view of this,the current grassroots governments urgently need to truly use the technology of network science to break through the shackles of traditional business models through useing the Internet to provide the government with government services.On the basis of referring to traditional business processes,innovative government service technology and methods are used to effectively improve the quality of services and continuously enhance the happiness and gain of the grassroots people.Based on the actual work of the grass-roots government,this article takes the district,township and township network government service as the research objects,and guides the relevant theories of public management.It adopts the literature research method,case analysis method,field investigation method.It reflects the common problems existing in grassroots governments in implementing online government services through analysing the current status and application of online government services in Xinfu District,including the contras between the policy formulation and the actual implementation,the information sharing mechanism needs to be perfected and optimized and so on.By drawing on the advanced experience of the implementation of network government services in developed areas at home and abroad,and combining the author’s work experience,this article bring forth suggestions to promote grass-roots government network government services: strengthen system construction,"hardware +software" development,and promote the connection between outlets and online platforms,the transformation of traditional service methods,the role of new media platforms and so on,ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the ability of grassroots government government services,solve the problem of serving the last mile of the masses,and practice the behavior of the people service concept.
