Research On The Education Of Student Party Members In Physical Education Institutions Under The Background Of Internet

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has integrated the strict administration of the party into the four comprehensive strategic layout.as its core has put forward higher requirements for the education of Party members nationwide in order to train qualified builders and successors to the socialist cause.The rapid development of the Internet has also brought new opportunities and challenges to the Education of Party members.the education of Party members has become a very important research topic.Party members of college students are the successors of the cause of the Party and the country.It is very important to cultivate this group to develop good quality.In the face of the two influences brought by the wide application of the Internet in China,this topic studies how to educate college students’ Party members based on the characteristics of the Internet,to use its advantages,curb its drawbacks,improve the comprehensive quality of college students’ Party members,and improve the cultivation of party spirit effectiveness of grass-roots Party organizations.By using the methods of questionnaire survey,interview,literature and data analysis,this paper takes the education of Party members in Beijing Sport University and Capital Institute of physical education as the research objects,makes a field survey of 470 survey objects,and interviews Party cadres and student party members face to face.By integrating data and information,this paper analyzes the education situation of college student party members in two sports colleges,and concludes that The Internet provides a new platform and practice base for the education of college student party members,enriches the educational content and improves the attraction of educational activities.We should build up "four ideals and beliefs" for the party members,and do "four emphases" for the party members.Through research,this paper points out the problems existing in the education of party members among college students sports colleges: the school party member education carried out in two aspects of theory and practice is not balanced,education network platform construction and use of imperfect,the party members’ education content in the supplementary material,not in time to some college student party members political beliefs fuzzy not alarmed,grasp the motivations of college student party members to join the party is not comprehensive,etc.In view of the existing problems,this paper analyzes the deep-rooted reasons,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the education of Party members: one is optimize the network carrier of school party construction,and actively deal with the negative impact of the Internet on Party members;Second raise the cadre teacher network education main body consciousness,strengthen the network communication between teachers and students;The third is innovate the network method of party member education,improve the effectiveness of party member education;Fourth improve the feedback mechanism of party member education,timely access to education effect and other information.
