Study On The Effectiveness About Ideal And Conviction Education Of University Student Party Members

The CPC has always attached great importance to strict party governance.The CPC central committee with comrade Xi Jinping at the core put forward the strategic plan of “comprehensive and strict party governance” after the 18 th CPC national congress.Ideal and faith are the spiritual pillar and political soul of CPC members,and firm ideal and faith of CPC members are the cornerstone of comprehensive and strict governance of the party.College student party members are advanced in thought,active in action,pioneers and models of college students,the most important reserve force of our party and the backbone of future social construction.Ideal and faith education is the first line of defense to prevent the decline of ideal and faith.Therefore,the current study on the effectiveness of ideal and faith education for university party members is a practical problem that must be faced in the work of ideal and faith education and the ideological construction of the party.The text is divided into five parts:The first part is an overview of related concepts and theories,mainly the definition of the concepts of ideal and faith,ideal and faith education for university party members and the practical effect of ideal and faith education for university party members,as well as the main theories based on which this paper studies the practical effect of ideal and faith education for university party members.The second part is the practical evaluation of the party member’s ideal and faith education.Firstly,the necessity of effectiveness evaluation is discussed,and then the evaluation criteria of three dimensions,namely,the content,method and effect of education,are worked out according to the purpose of ideal and faith education of party members in university students.The third part is the combination of questionnaire investigation,panel interview mode to the current university students party members the ideal faith education effectiveness analysis of the status quo,analysis of the current university students party members the ideal faith education achievements in terms of effectiveness,the ideal faith education actual effect,and discusses the current university students party members the ideal faith education effectiveness problems remains to be solved.The fourth part is the analysis of the influencing factors of the effectiveness of the ideal and faith education of party members in university students,mainly from the three aspects of the education subject,the education object and the education condition,which lays the foundation for the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of the ideal and faith education.The fifth part is based on the above two parts,put forward the countermeasures to enhance the effectiveness of party members’ ideal and faith education.Put forward countermeasure mainly from 5 respects.The paper holds that the first step to improve the effectiveness of the ideal and belief education is to innovate the educational ideas and methods of the ideal and belief education.Secondly,the quality of ideological and political educators should be improved.Then we should improve the reality and pertinence of the content of ideal and faith education.Finally,create a good campus environment.
