Research On The Ideal And Convictions Education Of Chinese Communist Party Members Among College Students In The New Era

Adhering to firm ideals and convictions are the foundation for the livelihood of members of the Chinese Communist Party,and the spiritual pillar for them to withstand any test.As the youngest member of the Communist Party of China,undergraduate members of CPC are the main force for the future development of the Party and the country,and shoulder the historical heavy responsibility of realizing the Chinese Dream of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Since Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,President Xi Jinping has talked about the issue of ideal and conviction education in many speeches,which provides the direction and guidance for the ideal and conviction education of undergraduate members of CPC in the new era.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,a series of achievements have been made in the education of ideals and conviction of undergraduate members of CPC.However,opportunities and challenges coexist.Facing the complex and changeable situation at home and abroad,the ideal and conviction education of undergraduate members of CPC is also facing new challenges.This requires that ideal and conviction education of undergraduate member of CPC must be continuously optimized and upgraded in the background of the new era,and then improve its effectiveness.Apart from the introduction,this paper is divided into three parts:The first part is the related theories about the new era ideal belief education of undergraduate members of CPC.First of all,this paper disassembled the topic and analyzed the meaning and characteristics of ideal and conviction,the undergraduate members of CPC and ideal and conviction education of undergraduate members of CPC in the new era.Secondly,this paper will analyze the important discourse of Marxist classical writers and the discourse of Chinese Communist Party leaders on the education of ideals and convictions,so as to dig out the theoretical basis of the education of ideals and convictions of undergraduate members of CPC in the new era.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the importance of strengthening the ideal and conviction education of the undergraduate members of CPC in the new era from the perspective of the undergraduate members of CPC,grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities,the Communist Party of China and the country.The second part is the current situation of ideal and conviction education of undergraduate members of CPC in the new era.Through the long-term efforts of the Party,the ideal and conviction education of undergraduate members of CPC has made certain achievements in the combination of daily education and theme education,the role of grass-roots party organizations,the cooperation of college ideological and political theory courses and counselors,and the obvious demonstration and leading role of college student party members,which reflects the new achievements of ideal and conviction education.However,there are still some problems,such as formalism,weak pertinence,insufficient education after joining the Party,and less practical education.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the ideal and conviction education of undergraduate members of CPC in the new era from the aspects of the problems of some party workers themselves,the erosion of western wrong trend of thought,the unformed cooperative force of education,.The third part is the ideal belief education path of undergraduate members of CPC.In view of the difficulties facing the ideal and conviction education of undergraduate members of CPC in the new era,this paper adheres to the President Xi Jinping’s important discussion on ideal and conviction education as guidance,and this paper from the party branch play the role of fighting fortress,build the ideal and conviction education force,promote the ideal and conviction education of undergraduate members of CPC normalized and institutionalized perspective to jointly explore more effective solutions.
