Research On The Demand Of Home Care Service Based On "Three Dimensional" Structure

The endowment is everyone elderly must face the topic,with the increase of aging,it is not only a family problem,but also a social problem.China is facing challenges in the family pension,pension institutions difficult conditions,the development of home-based care services is one method for "old before rich" problem however.Because,in the design of the system,there is a lack of staffing,home services and old in the actual operation of "service" across the board ",matching supply and demand imbalance" phenomenon,which not only reduces the old man’s satisfaction,also caused the waste of resources and low efficiency.Therefore,the research on the demand for services and its analysis in the service,price,distribution and other dimensions of service personnel,can solve the problem in a certain extent.Based on the three-dimensional structure of the elderly home-based care services demand for research,from the service project,service price,service personnel of trying to provide suitable service for the elderly.The thesis is divided into three parts: the first part is the first two chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,introduces the background and significance,and the the research content,framework are introduced in this paper.The second chapter is literature review,mainly from the definition,research perspective,research contents and sort out the existing literature.The second part is the third,four,five chapters,mainly from the service items,service price and service personnel of home-based care services demand analysis of the distribution characteristics of one-dimensional under the condition,as well as in 2D,distribution characteristics and rules of three-dimensional structure.The third part is the sixth chapter and the seventh chapter,according to the second part of the conclusion,to improve China’s home-based care services supply system Put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the supply efficiency of home care services,to achieve the purpose of optimizing the allocation of resources,to meet the needs of the elderly.The innovation of this paper lies in the analysis of the demand distribution of home care services from different dimensions,and tries to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the supply system of home care services.
