| In modern society,The problem of work stress has increasingly become the focus of social attention,higher work pressure will not only harm personal physical and mental health,but also affect the development of the organization.And with the aging population,family structure changes and family pension function is increasingly weakened,the elderly on the growing demand for social pension so that the lack of the original number of old-age care workers working pressure has become increasingly prominent,must be resolved.Shanghai is one of the earliest and most prominent city aging,shrinking family size as the structure,function increasingly weakened family support,social care service pressure continued to increase,and as a nursing member being one of the main social care services direct bearers pressure.According to the Shanghai "social pension service system construction plan(2011-2015)" report on the implementation of the city’s pension agency staff from 2.3 million,of which old-age care workers accounted for 60%,about 1.4 million people,according to the "2014 Shanghai quality of life of older investigation report " and the 2014 Shanghai Municipal Bureau of public opinion Research Center data,32.9% of the elderly have endowment care needs,15.2% of elderly people prefer the aged,integrated in2014 in Shanghai and the number of elderly people aged 60 the above ratio calculation,that the pension agency occupancy demand of about 62.9 million older persons,but according to the Ministry of Civil Affairs,"the elderly social welfare institutions and services management specification" provides tertiary care(the lightest level of care)corresponding to the ratio of nurses 7: 1 computing,nursing member of Shanghai needs about 8.9 million people.Serious imbalance between supply and demand will further increase the old-age care workers working pressure.In this paper,according to work pressure and other related theory,to build the elderlylong-term care workers’ working pressure Model,and the literature and qualitative interviews,develop the related measurement tools of the elderly long-term care workers’ pressure in Shanghai.get work stress Causes and conduct systematic analysis work stress reactions,get Shanghai nursing member working pressure level,the main source of the adverse effects of work stress and work pressure generated by the pressure source and its three levels,namely social,pension institutions and the size of the individual sources of stress were evaluated.Concluded as follow:the first,The main source have six aspects of the elderly long-term care workers’ working pressure:Social identity pressure source,Work pressure source itself,Career development pressure source,Nursing object pressure source,Organizational management pressure source and Role conflict pressure source;the second,the average level of the elderly long-term care workers’ working pressure in Shanghai is65.97,higher than the theoretical value of 60 points,It means that the elderly long-term care workers’ working pressure in Shanghai is at a high level;the third,the elderly long-term care workers’ working pressure in Shanghai on the impact of four main areas:The impact on physical and mental health,the impact of care quality,the impact of turnover intention and the impact of industry loyalty,From the deep level of the four aspects of the impact that is the impact of the caregiver itself,the impact of care objects,the impact of pension agencies and the impact of the development of social care for the elderly;the forth,the main reason of the elderly long-term care workers’ working pressure in Shanghai: pension care individual,pension care institutions,care objects and social four levels.The working pressure intensity is in turn like this:Society,pension agencies and care objects,pension care individual.Finally,the evaluation findings and based on the theory of Beehr,McGrath period of time stress coping strategies,build social,pension institutions and individual three levels of the time dimension as the main model work stress coping strategies,from prevention stage pressure and reaction stage the response phase,respectively,described how the three main strategies to be taken should be addressed relatively nursing member working pressure problems. |
