Compared with school education,social education started late in China,but its importance cannot be ignored.Social education bears the important task of opening people’s wisdom,renewing people’s morality and promoting social progress,and the key to accomplish these tasks is to train qualified teachers of social education.The period from 1930 to 1937 is the golden stage of social education development.Social education in this stage has made great progress in social education funds and social education personnel training institutions due to the support of relevant government policies,but it still faces the problem of lack of teachers in social education.Social education in Zhejiang province and grades at the time,in the forefront,but still avoid the problem of lack of social education teachers,set up especially for this set up public education experimental school in Zhejiang province,to solve the lack of social education by the special school teachers predicament,the specialized school in curriculum setting,teaching reflects its own characteristics.The curriculum on the stick to cultivate qualified socialisation of teaching goal,curriculum content will be public knowledge needed for life and required knowledge as educators are included,its richness is self-evident,educational curriculum is the basis of people engaged in teaching work,and taught activity is another important factor for successful people teach work,curriculum setting and taught campaigns,including political factors,But it only revolves around the qualifications that qualified civil and educational workers should have.In teaching,we adopt the way of learning by doing to cultivate students’ practical ability.The learning of extracurricular skills not only cultivates students’ practical ability but also enrich students’ extracurricular life.The holiday activities let students really walk into people’s life.Students participate in the research,experience the research process,develop their own research consciousness,and lay a foundation for solving the problems of civil education in the future.In order to improve the professional level of the current or non-current staff of social and educational institutions,the Education Department has set up a short-term training course of communication and Research department of Social education teachers.The training course adopts the way of reading books and answering questions to serve the students.If the students want to graduate,they must pass the corresponding examination.Most of the students trained by the above institutions serve in the social and educational institutions of Zhejiang province after graduation,promoting the development of social education in Zhejiang Province.In this thesis,the specialized teacher training schools in Zhejiang province,Zhejiang province set up public education experimental school and reads the social education of Zhejiang province department of education of teachers education communication research as the research object,the establishment background,the internal situation and characteristics in detail,on the basis of exploring the social education teachers training mode,In order to provide reference for the current social education teacher training methods.The thesis is divided into five parts:Part one: Introduction.This thesis introduces the origin of the research,the theoretical and practical significance of the research,relevant literature review and research methods.Part two: General situation of social education teacher training from 1930 to 1937.Taking the social education teacher qualification verification system issued by the state,the social education talent training authority and the general situation of the funds for the training of social education teachers as the starting point,this thesis introduces the training of social education teachers from 1930 to 1937 as a whole,and introduces the development of social education in Zhejiang Province under the guidance of the whole country.Part three: the establishment of social education teacher training institutions in Zhejiang Province.This part introduces the general situation of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Education Experimental School and the communication research Department of social education teachers’ advanced study which is attached to Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education.Part four: the specific ways of social education teacher training in Zhejiang Province.This part introduces how a student can grow into a qualified civil education talent from the aspects of student enrollment,curriculum setting,teaching characteristics,research activities and graduation.Part five: the effect and enlightenment of social education teacher training in Zhejiang Province.According to the previous parts,the effective experience of teacher training in Zhejiang province and its enlightenment to the present are summarized.
