Teacher training is the pivotal stage of achieving outstanding teachers,and it is also the cornerstone of the sustainable development of off-campus training institutions.Today,when off-campus education is highly concerned,the teaching quality of institutions has gradually become the focus of attention.After long-term work in institutions outside the school,the author learned that teacher training in China started late,and teacher training was mainly for primary and secondary school teachers.The concept,system and content of training are seriously lagging behind,which leads to the overall low quality of teachers in training institutions.This paper takes LJ children’s English training institutions as the research object,systematically analyzes LJ teacher training mechanism and training content from the aspects of theory and practice,and gives the scheme design from the aspects of training system construction and training content selection.Firstly,this paper comprehensively combs and analyzes the development process of offcampus education,its management system and teacher training at home and abroad,and concludes that effective teacher training should start from the perspective of institutional managers,institutions and teachers,take the stakeholder theory as the basic theoretical framework,combine the theory of teacher development continuity and the theory of teacher professional development stages,The theoretical basis of this paper is constructed.Through the analysis method of questionnaire survey,it is recognized that there are many problems and deficiencies in the teacher training of LJ Institute,such as the lack of perfect training objectives,scientific and systematic training contents and methods,professional training teams and perfect training feedback mechanism,which leads to the unsatisfactory effect of teacher training in LJ Institute.Secondly,Through the analysis of competency model,the training needs of new teachers,growing teachers and mature teachers are obtained.Combined with the actual training,effective training programs,processes and contents are worked out,and teacher training teams of institutional specialties are formed.This paper puts forward the teacher training scheme and process of LJ English training institution from the above three aspects.And from the aspects of system,manpower,capital and logistics,the implementation guarantee measures are given.The research of this paper can not only be used as the main program guidance for LJ institutions to comprehensively improve the quality of teachers,but also provide some experience for other similar training institutions in the market to improve the teacher training system.
