| In character documentaries,female characters,as a part of the characters in documentaries,show different characteristics in different periods and backgrounds.By paying attention to contemporary female groups,we can find that women with different stories and backgrounds not only highlight the progress of the times,but also explain the continuous improvement of Chinese women’s social status.Thanks to the rapid development of digital technology,women put down their vigilance in the face of the camera,restore the real state of life,share the experience of life,awaken the long silent female consciousness,dare to tell and resist.These changes all illustrate the rise of female power.Compared with the female characters in film and television works,the female characters in the documentary can give the audience a greater sense of impact and authenticity.They are the epitome and portrayal of thousands of Chinese women,and truly and objectively show the situation,fate and thoughts faced by women of different ages,levels and regions.Today’s female consciousness and female status are as if they were separated from the past.Women are bravely publicizing their personality and blooming the tension of life.What can be observed from the female characters in the documentary is the evolution of audio-visual language and ways of narration.How to better construct the female image and interpret the female style is a problem that the creator has to face.Therefore,this paper first introduces the research background and significance,expounds the necessity of studying the construction of female characters in documentaries,and then uses the methods of literature analysis and case analysis to sort out the characteristics of women from internal image to external image from the characteristics of female images in character documentaries,Combined with the graduation work "dream chasing acrobatics",this paper combines theory with practice,this paper combines theories with practices to summarize the strategies of constructing female images from the aspect of audio-visual language and the aspect of strategies of narration,it puts forward some hopes and Reflections on the construction of female images in the current documentary.It is hoped that this study can provide valuable written materials for scholars who study the construction of female characters in documentaries. |
