The Construction Of Female Images From The Perspective Of Women

The development of the "New documentary Movement" prompted the western feminist trend of thought to enter China,and female creators began to show their edge in the world of recording images.Li Hong created "back to the Phoenix Bridge" and Liu Xiaojin filmed "looking for Cobra".Since then,more female creators have been persistently walking on the road of exploration for women’s liberation,and they have made female voices with the help of image power,with their unique female perspective and delicate narrative style.to explore the meaning given by women in social and family roles,construct multi-dimensional female images,and demonstrate women’s self-reliance and indomitable female consciousness in depicting and examining women’s own destiny.As a female producer,the author filmed the graduation work "Norwegian Forest",expressed words from a delicate and sensitive perspective of equality,shaped the female image of "mother Shu" stereoscopically,and wrote the awakening of female consciousness,and showed the humanistic feelings behind the image.Taking the documentary Norwegian Forest as a case study and western feminist theory as a guide,this paper summarizes the creative experience of female documentaries by writing the construction of film characters,the interpretation of female consciousness and the expression of audio-visual language.with a view to providing a multi-dimensional perspective and reference for the later study of image construction in female documentaries.
