Study On The Service Effect Of Rural Public Cultural Facilities In Southwest China

Culture is the value foundation for the development of a nation.The 14 th Five-year Plan systematically plans the specific path for China to build a socialist cultural power,pointing out that only by combining both hard and soft power,can China improve its comprehensive strength,enhance its voice and realize the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation.Rural areas are an important focus of building a socialist cultural power,and rural public cultural facilities are platforms for carrying public cultural activities and contents.Township governments must attach great importance to the actual service effects of rural public cultural facilities and improve the quality of public cultural services.In southwest China because of the terrain,natural resources,such as condition difference,lead to the uneven economic development between regions,the current supply of rural public cultural services still exist in southwest of poor quality,public satisfaction low,unbalanced regional development,problems such as how to provide meet the requirements of the public,to meet public expectations of quality of public cultural services,To narrow the gap between urban and rural public cultural service supply and promote the equal development of public cultural service between regions is a hot topic in academic research.By reviewing existing research literature at home and abroad,found the academic study of village public cultural facilities service effect is still very limited,therefore,based on the "China rural public cultural services in southwest effect research" as the topic selection,construction of rural public cultural services effect factors research framework,puts forward some countermeasures to improve the effect of rural public cultural services.Around the topic,the research is mainly divided into the following parts.The first part consists of two chapters,namely Chapter 1 and Chapter 2.In order to prepare the theory of the research,it mainly introduces the background of the topic selection and the research status at home and abroad,puts forward the research object and main content of this paper,sorts out the research ideas and methods,and introduces the basic concepts and theoretical basis involved in this paper.Using the three-circle theory,collaborative governance theory and new public service theory,a three-dimensional analysis framework of value rationality,service capability and external support is constructed.The second part is the third chapter,which is the research design part.It mainly analyzes the framework,puts forward the research hypothesis of this paper,constructs the index system of factors influencing the service effect of rural public cultural facilities and designs the questionnaire.The third part is the fourth chapter is the empirical analysis part,through interview and questionnaire survey analysis at present our country rural public cultural services in southwest effect,using statistical analysis software for questionnaire data correlation analysis and regression analysis,to explore the effect of our country rural public cultural services in southwest influencing factors.The study found that public demand satisfaction,public satisfaction,service management ability of public cultural facilities,professional level of staff,service radiation ability of public cultural facilities,government leading ability,market embeddedness and public participation are the main factors affecting the service effect of rural public cultural facilities.Both are positively correlated with the service effect of rural public cultural facilities.The fourth part is the fifth chapter,which is the countermeasures and suggestions.According to the data analysis results,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the service effect of rural public cultural facilities in southwest China.The fifth part is the sixth chapter,which is the conclusion and prospect.
