Study On The Configuration Of Rural Public Cultural Facility Under The Concept Of Equalization

“Equalization” is the theme of the building the system of public service in China.With the development of economy in the rural area,the rural residents’ demand for public cultural service keeps increasing fast.However the configuration of rural public service cannot match the peoples’ demand properly.At present,the domestic research on the equalization of public cultural facilities is still in its infancy.Based on the basis of combination of research progress and construction practice of rural public cultural facilities’ equalization both in China and abroad,this paper studies the configuration of rural public cultural facilities from the residents’ demand under the site of equalization,to explore the configuration system and strategies under the background of advancing the equalization of basic public service.The paper includes three parts(theoretical research,empirical research and the configuration strategy)and seven chapters.Part one: theoretical research.In the domestic and foreign research,from the aspects of construction theme,practice,guide of the configuration and demand arrangement.And with the example of France,Japan,Korea and India,the paper discusses the construction strategies of rural cultural facilities construction.Domestic public facilities equalization research is in its infancy,and from the problems of inequality,the configuration policies,the research practices and the history of the public cultural facility development,this article brought the new concept of urban planning,this paper discuss the current development of public facilities equalization from different aspects.Part two: empirical research.The paper design a questionnaire from the supply,the service and the satisfaction.With the theoretical research and characteristic of life circle theory,p-media model and the shortest path method,the paper analyses the current configuration of rural public cultural facilities in Fengxian township,from spatial aspects,to find out the insufficiency.Then combining the subjective intention and the object spatial analysis,the paper builds the configuration system of rural public cultural facilities.Part three: configuration strategy.Based on the previous research and construction practices abroad,the paper puts forward strategies from investment,management and spatial organization,which forms the complete configuration system of rural public cultural facilities.
