Research On The Supply Problem Of Basic Public Cultural Services Of Jilin Art Museum

With the transformation of the main social contradictions in China,meeting the people’s growing spiritual and cultural needs has gradually become the key work direction of our government in performing the function of public cultural services.Since2011,the National Art Museum has implemented the free opening policy,and the basic public cultural services of the art museum have gradually entered people’s daily life.It has become an important place to stimulate the creative vitality of the whole people and improve the aesthetic level of the whole people.It is of great significance to protect the people’s basic cultural rights and interests、enhance the people’s cultural self-confidence and build a socialist cultural power in the new era.With the strong promotion of Jilin provincial government,the basic public cultural services of Jilin Provincial Art Museum have been effectively carried out,and the free and open policy has been further implemented to provide people with art appreciation,art education and other related services.However,because the construction of basic public cultural services of Jilin art museum is not perfect,in the process of service supply,the construction of cultural services lags behind economic development,and the imbalance between supply and demand of basic public cultural services of art museum is prominent.Based on the public goods theory and the new public service theory,through the methods of analysis、induction、investigation and literature analysis,this paper takes the supply of basic public cultural services of Jilin Provincial Art Museum as the research object,and selects the supply data of basic public cultural services of Jilin Provincial Art Museum in the statistical yearbook of Chinese cultural relics from 2014 to 2020,to find out the supply problems and reasons of basic public cultural services of Jilin Provincial Art Museum,and to explore the optimization path in the supply process of basic public cultural services of Jilin art museum.Through analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the supply of basic public cultural services of Jilin Art Museum,such as the development speed needs to be improved、the service efficiency is not high、and the supply capacity is short.The reasons for the problems lie in the incomplete matching between the supply and demand of basic public cultural services of Jilin Art Museum、the institutional management system needs to be improved、the unclear role orientation of Art Museum and the lack of extensive social influence.According to the problems and reasons,this paper optimizes the supply path from four aspects:improving the matching degree between the supply and demand of basic public cultural services of Jilin Provincial Art Museum、perfecting the management system of Jilin Provincial Art Museum 、 clarifying the role orientation of Jilin Provincial Art Museum 、 building cultural brand and improving the cultural influence of Jilin Provincial Art Museum.
