| In international Chinese teaching,vocabulary teaching plays an important role in cultivat-ing students’ ability of understanding and expression,and to some degree students’ vocabulary directly reflects their proficiency of the language.The content and form of vocabulary selection in the process of compiling Chinese textbooks as a foreign language largely determine the content and effect Chinese learners’ learning.The new HSK is an international standardized test of Chinese proficiency,which focuses on the ability of non-native speakers to communicate in Chinese in their life,study and work.It is also a learning goal for Chinese learners and a major way to test the results of Chinese learning.In this paper,two volumes of HSK Standard Course 4 are taken as the main analysis objects to study the compatibility of vocabulary scoring in the textbook and the new HSK test requirements.HSK-4 textbook inevitably need the support of vocabulary of HSK-3and below,and vocabulary even lower than HSK-4 is an important pillar for learning HSK-4vocabulary.This paper mainly adopts statistical method and comparative analysis method to study the correspondence between the textbook and the exam syllabus by analyzing the proportion of the vocabulary level in the texts in the two textbooks.The paper adopts data analysis and glossary analysis.According to marker statistics,the coverage rate of HSK-4 vocabulary and HSK 4 syllabus words in the textbook reaches 99.83%.The paper also analyzes the vocabulary level distribution in the HSK-4 exam papers in the past three years,in order to discuss the compatibility between textbooks and exams,textbooks and syllabuses,and from the teaching material guidance,student guidance and teacher guidance three aspects of teaching material compilation and vocabulary teaching to put forward some suggestions for improvement.It is found that the vocabulary of the textbook is highly consistent with that of the exam syllab us,which is of important reference and guiding significance for the adaptation and planning of domestic and international Chinese education textbooks,which will be more conducive to the development and implementation of international Chinese teaching. |
