Research On Zhu Jiahua’s Frontier Education Practice

Zhu Jiahua’s frontier education practice activities are inseparable from the political,economic,cultural and educational changes of the whole frontier society.The changes in various fields are actually an important content of the modernization construction of the nation-state and the social basis of Zhu Jiahua’s educational thought in the frontier practice.After the September 18 th Incident,China’s frontier crisis became increasingly severe.The national government recognized the importance of developing the northwest.As an integral part of developing the northwest,the importance of frontier education was highlighted.The national government began to actively plan the development of frontier education.Zhu Jiahua,who is committed to the development of China’s educational and cultural undertakings,tends to mature his thinking on the frontier education that has been planned all the time,gradually forms the frontier education concept based on the construction of "cultural frontier",and takes the development of frontier education as the core content of the construction of "cultural frontier".Under the guidance of this thought and in combination with the reality of the frontier society,Zhu Jiahua adopted the suggestions of the "Northwest education investigation group" and transformed the national "subsidy" frontier education measures into helping the frontier realize "self-management",which is the key to the sustainable development of frontier education.Zhu Jiahua began to implement the project of running schools in the border areas,and successively established a number of border schools represented by three model middle schools: Qinghai Huangchuan middle school,Gansu Hexi middle school and Guizhou Qianjiang middle school.The school’s advanced teaching concept and good school running effect soon emerged in the local educational circles and set a "template" for the development of backward border education.The development of education and culture in the border areas finally achieved Zhu Jiahua’s desire to integrate the border culture and condense the national consciousness of the people in the border areas.The development of border education promoted the process of modernization of the border society.
