In modern times,with the eastern attack of the strong ships and cannons of the western powers,China’s gateway was opened,and the strong neighbors continued to devour the Chinese frontier.With the revolution of 1911 and the beginning of the Republic of China,the western powers took the opportunity to set off a new wave of aggression against China.The crisis in the border areas became increasingly serious,arousing the deep concern of a large number of government officials and scholars.After the establishment of the nanjing national government,the development and construction of the frontier became the requirement of The Times,and the frontier education,as an important part of the construction of the frontier,also got the attention of the government and scholars.In 1930,the national government established the department of Mongolian and Tibetan education in the ministry of education,which became the central agency directly in charge of frontier education affairs.Zhu jiahua,19,was born and grew up in the turn of the 20 th century,is among the intellectuals have received traditional school education,school education and western education three typical representative of education mode,he not only by the influence of Chinese traditional ideology and culture,but also by revolutionary ideas and the influence of European and American modern education ideas,can be said to be worthy of the name of match well of Chinese and western scholars since modern times.In 1926,Zhu jiahua officially into politics as a scholar,served as the nanjing national government held many,especially as the nanjing national government minister of education,management of Sino-British heptyl board chairman and the central organization department minister,he actively involved in the frontier education policy formulation and enacted,pushing the frontier education initiatives,contributing to the development of the cause of the frontier education of the Republic of China,and on this basis to form the overall view and understanding of the frontier education.Therefore,Zhu jiahua is an important historical figure who witnessed the development of frontier education in the Republic of China,and also one of the key figures engaged in frontier education in the Republic of China.Based on newspapers,periodicals,records during the period of the Republic of China as the backing,supplemented by pu,biographical information,anas,such as literature,the research method of literature analysis and logical induction to Zhu jiahua for research path,from the historical dimension of combing the development of thefrontier education during the period of the republic of China as a whole,analyze the development of the frontier education and characteristics of the change,summed up the frontier results and the shortage of education development history is any guide,for today the development of the frontier minority education theories and practical experience.
