Study On The Characteristics And Causes Of Chinese Film And Television Industry’s Embeddedness In Canal Culture

In the new era,the Grand Canal cultural belt has become an important part of national cultural construction.Film and television industry is the means of cultural heritage and innovation in the Grand Canal under the market economy,so it is particularly important to strengthen the embedded research.It is of great significance to probe into the embeddedness of the film and television industry to the canal culture in order to enhance the national cultural soft power and enhance cultural self-confidence.Based on the cultural identity,Embeddedness and locality,taking 57 movies and TV texts with canal culture as the research object,combing the methods of canal text analysis and word frequency analysis to explore the embeddedness process and characteristics,and reveals the embeddedness process of economic benefits,cultural identity,innovation and policies impact.The research shows that:(1)The canal film &television industry has gone through three periods: birth stage,exploration stage and diversified development.The construction of film & television base shows that is still a large space for development.(2)The canal film & television industry’s embedded content of the canal culture shows multi-dimensional,focusing on the canal’s material and intangible cultural heritage,human spiritual culture.The canal film & television industry highlights material canal cultural such as water body,hydraulic engineering,correlation,historical sites by scene representation,beautiful commentary,comprehensive audio-visual and other means and highlights intangible canal cultural such as traditional skills,folk literature,traditional drama by character interview,scene shooting,scene simulation,etc.Through the deconstruction of typical canal film &television works,it shows the humanistic spirit along the canal who are fearless of hardship,open and inclusive,pioneering and innovative.(3)The canal film & television industry’s embedded content of the canal culture shows multi characteristics.Firstly,The cultural theme of the characteristics is the times.Secondly,the content of topics has the characteristics of hierarchy,mainly including the world-class,national level,5A level scenic spots;Thirdly,the focus of attention has regional difference,which is combined with local elements;Fourthly,the content of the works tends to be authentic,mainly documentary.(4)The embeddedness of the canal film & television industry to canal culture is the result of multiple mechanisms.Market efficiency is the embedded economic power,and capital,profit and market are the important dimensions to be considered.The cultural responsibility and cultural consciousness caused by the cultural identity of the creative and audience subject are the emotional basis of the influence embeddedness;The innovative spirit of directors determines the way,angle and level of embeddedness,which is the active force.Under the guidance of national macro policies,the cultural orientation and cultural strategy of governments at all levels are the effective guarantee for embedding,promoting the shaping of the style and characteristics of film and television works,and forming external structural forces.
