In recent years,commercial online education has changed the rules of the traditional education industry with the advantages of lower cost,rich curriculum resources and flexible learning methods.It plays a very important role in the education industry.With the rapid development of Internet technology and the guidance of the "Internet +" policy,we analyze the use of English online education platform for college students and the reasons for nonuse.Through the analysis,we get the empirical analysis of the satisfaction of existing college students with the use of the platform.These conclusions can help English online education companies get effective information and help them to achieve better development.Based on previous research experience and related theories,this paper takes English online education platform as the research object and designs questionnaires according to the characteristics of English teaching and the content of online education platform.We conduct a survey in University to obtain data in Wuhan.Firstly,I need to clean the data,then I analyze the sample data by the methods of descriptive statistics to get the basic characteristics of users and non-users are analyzed.Secondly,relevant empirical studies are carried out to explore which factors affect users' use behavior and satisfaction.Based on the analysis,the logistic regression model and structural equation model of users' use satisfaction are constructed.Finally,the conclusion is drawn.Effective conclusions can provide necessary suggestions for English online education enterprises.The research shows that the gender,educational background,monthly average consumption,and their favorite learning type of college students have different effects on whether they choose English online education platform or not.Perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived risk,perceived freedom and perceived value have significant effects on satisfaction.Among them,perceived usefulness is the most important positive factor,and perceived risk is the most important negative factor.Course quality significantly affects perceived value,perceived risk and perceived usefulness,and indirectly affects college students' user satisfaction through the impact of these variables.Meanwhile,perceived ease of use has a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness.Therefore,this paper proposes that English online education enterprises should find their own market positioning,refine the classification of English courses,and further cultivate the types of courses they are good at.As the quality of courses has a significant impact on other factors,the most important thing for most platform service providers is to improve the quality of courses if they want to increase the satisfaction of college students' users.At the same time,it is suggested that relevant enterprises should regularly conduct market research on College students,analyze the behavior of college students' users,pay attention to the evaluation of website users,improve their own shortcomings and enhance their performance.College students' user learning experience.
