Research On Risk Management Of Beihai A Cultural Tourism Project

As tourism has a high degree of industrial relevance to finance,information,catering,retail,construction,and transportation,it is a highly connected and dependent industry.Simultaneously,it can drive the overall service level and environment of the city to be upgraded and optimized to international standards.The construction of Beihai A cultural tourism project has great significance to the overall development of Beihai City.However,due to the long construction period,high investment cost,wide interest,and problem in later operation,the Beihai City A Cultural Tourism Project has many risks,the group need to analysis the risk management issues before the construction of the project,and provide a reference for risk decision-making.This can ensure the construction process of the project.This article takes the Beihai A cultural tourism project as an example,uses project risk management theory and methods,and conducts systematic research on project risk management issues.The research includes cultural tourism project investment risk identification methods and processes.The study found that the risks of Beihai A cultural tourism project construction mainly come from political risks,economic risks,environmental risks,construction risks,and management risks.Through the evaluation of these risks,it points out the risk assessment indicators of Beihai A cultural tourism projects and draws the conclusions.According to the risk assessment,the paper proposes five risk response measures including policy risk,economic risk,environmental risk,construction risk,and management risk.At the same time,the implementation guarantee of risk management countermeasures for A cultural tourism projects in Beihai City is put forward to improve project risk management awareness,establish,and improve risk management mechanisms,and establish risk early warning mechanisms.
