The Risk Management Research Of <The Legend Of Dida> Animation Project

In recent years,with the support of the state for animation industry projects,the increasing demand for animation culture and the favor of the capital market for animation industry projects,the emerging animation content projects in the entertainment market have sprung up in the eyes of the public.And there are more and more challenges raised in the management of animation project field.However,under the current market environment,corporate animation projects still have problems such as limited creativity,lack of talents,insufficient funds,and biased product positioning.In the existing project management research,they mainly focus on mobile internet,engineering,finance and real estate,there are few academic studies on animation projects,and there is no risk management method to guide animation projects.At present,most of China's animation companies are in a deficit.It is difficult to save the failed projects even though you want to investigate the reason.The failed projects can only help you to summarize and gain experience.At this time,many entrepreneurs mentioned the necessity of risk management.However,entrepreneurs who have experience in animation have artistic feelings but no complete project risk management system for animation projects.This is a common problem in most animation companies.The current study takes Legend of Dida from Company A as a case to identify the risk factors and evaluate the risks through risk evaluation methods like brainstorming and risk matrix.Suggestions on risk management strategies including risk aversion,transfer,mitigation,acceptance are made based on Company A's special characteristics,which constitute a systematic risk management method.Methods and theories home and abroad are reviewed.Based on the commonality of animation industry and the past project experience of Company A,this study tracks the Legend of Dida project thoroughly and identified a series of risk factors.All factors are analyzed and evaluated subsequently.Detailed risk management suggestions are made to explore a set of suitable risk management strategies and steps for animation projects in Company A.Through the description and analysis of risks in The Legend of Dida,this current study identifies risks to animation projects and propose solutions to them systematically from both theoretical and practical perspective.Consequently,the cost of project is reduced,and progress of the project is well managed.As a practical case of project management in the industry,it provides practical suggestions to similar risk management cases in the relevant field.
