Abstract/Summary:
The ancient city site of Changshan County is located in Gucheng Village,Yincun Town,Yuanshi County,Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province.The city site is under the jurisdiction of Yincun Town and Beichu Township,two townships and four villages.It is located between the four villages.The northeast is overlaid by the old village.The southeast is about 30 meters away from Zhaocun four villages,the southwest is about 200 meters away from Nanchu village,and the northwest is about 30 meters away.Beichu Village is about 60 meters away.The current city site is farmland both inside and outside.There is a canal in the middle and west,running through the entire city site from north to south,and 100 meters to the east is the main canal for the South-to-North Water Diversion.The city site is rectangular in plan and covers an area of 420,000 square meters.The ancient city of Changshan County was once recorded in the annals of history as the governing place of Changshan Country(or the governor of Changshan County).From November 1991 to May 1994,the Gaozhuang Han Tomb of Luquan County excavated by the Hebei Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics was identified as the tomb of the first Changshan King Liu Shun.The study of the history of Changshan Kingdom entered the field of archaeologists.In May 1997,the Hebei Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics conducted an archaeological excavation on M2 of the Han Tomb in Beixincheng.In 2006,the ancient city site of Changshan County was announced by the State Council as a national key cultural relics protection unit.In order to protect the site in its entirety,the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project passed from outside the city site,avoiding the site of the ancient city of Changshan County.At the same time,in the cultural relics protection work of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,the Yincun Site,Xiaoliu Cemetery,Beicheng Site and Cemetery,Nancheng Site and Cemetery,Gucheng Village Site,Chenguozhuang Southwest Site,There are 14 cultural relics,including Zhaocun Site,Chiliang Cemetery,Longzheng Site,Underground Cemetery,and Nanbailou Cemetery.Among them,the archaeological materials of Nancheng Cemetery and Yincun Cemetery,Nanwuhui Cemetery,and Nanbailou Cemetery were published.Eight tombs of the Song Dynasty were found in the Nanwuhui Cemetery,which is not related to the ruins of the ancient city of Changshan County.At the Nanbailou Cemetery,22 tombs of the Warring States and Qin Dynasty were excavated,5 tombs of the Tang Dynasty,2 tombs of the Song and Jin Dynasties,and 7 tombs of the Ming and Qing Dynasties.The tombs of the Warring States and the Qin Dynasty belong to the Zhao cultural system.They should be the historical period before the formation of the ancient city of Changshan County after the destruction of Zhongshan by the Zhao Kingdom and the destruction of the Zhao Kingdom by the Qin Dynasty.Sexual relationship.Therefore,the cemetery of Nanwuhui and the cemetery of Nanbailou are no longer involved in the article.In 2010,Zhang Chunchang,a researcher from the Hebei Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics,conducted an archaeological survey on the site of the ancient city of Changshan County and tried to excavate a 2×5 m trench in the west of the city site.In 2015,in order to prepare the protection plan for the ancient city site of Changshan County,Yuanshi County Cultural Relics Conservation Co.,Ltd.entrusted Yuanhe Cultural Communication Co.,Ltd.to conduct a comprehensive and systematic cultural relic exploration of the city site,basically clarifying the cultural connotation and layout structure of the city site.Based on these archaeological excavation reports(or briefings)and exploration reports,this paper conducts preliminary archaeological research,explores the cultural connotation of the ancient city of Changshan County,and establishes the historical chronology of the formation,development,and decline of the ancient city of Changshan County.The article contains seven parts:Introduction: Firstly,briefly explain the reason and significance of the topic,research ideas and methods,etc.;secondly,review the relevant academic history;finally,point out the deficiencies of the research in this article.Chapter 1: Overview of the ruins of the ancient city of Changshan County and the reasons for the rise of the ancient city of Changshan County.Chapter 2: Archaeological investigation and exploration test excavation of the ancient city site in Changshan County and its age determination.Chapter 3: The cultural relics around the ancient city site of Changshan County and their chronology.Chapter 4: Research on the pottery of Changshan County’s ancient city and its surrounding cultural relics.Chapter 5: Research on related issues of the ancient city of Changshan County.Chapter 6: Problems in the research on the ancient city of Changshan County and its surrounding cultural relics.
