Northern wei dynasty as an ethnic group,the period of the great migration,integration is an open,pluralistic era of China’s ethnic minorities and han ethnic group and blend with each other.When the northern wei dynasty political center moved in Luo Yang,art and culture exchange center also presents the trend of "from the city of Ping Cheng to Luo Yang";Luoyang period of yuanshi epitaph in emperor xiaowen "localization" policy,pushed by the xianbei nobles Ta Ba Shi to yuan surname was buried the epitaph of luoyang Mang Shan group.The choice of stone materials and carving techniques used was a reflection of the official attitude at that time,and the changes in shape and style played a role in connecting the past and the future.In terms of the research on the style of Yuanshi epitaph writing during the Luoyang period of the Northern Wei Dynasty,it is necessary to combine with the historical background of the ethnic integration of the Northern Wei Dynasty.Further,we will comprehensively sort out and analyze the style of writing of Yuanshi epitaph,which inherited the rough and primitive simplicity of Pingcheng Period and evolved into the solemn and elegant style of Luoyang Period.For this reason,this paper takes the epitaph of Yuan family as the research object,and adopts the methods of literature research,iconography research,and case study.Combining with the northern wei emperor xiaowen restructuring "localization" of the era background of ethnic fusion,explore the Calligraphy Style Characteristics,causes and the value of Yuanshi epitaph,with social and political landscape,north and south regional culture and harmony,ethnic aesthetic temperament,such aspects as "marriage",this paper tries to study the diversity and evolution of the style of writing of Yuan’s epitaph from a multiple perspective.As a group of epitaphs belonging to ethnic minorities,the Yuan family’s epitaphs have different temperaments and aesthetic choices externalized in the form and style of calligraphy art.The author makes a macro grasp of the diversified features of Yuanshi epitaph writing style.The style of upright simplicity,gentle beauty and other styles it shows are the result of the heroic and powerful nomad in the northern grasslands,the gradual integration of the preciseness and rectitude of the Central Plains culture,the romantic beauty of the Southern Dynasty,and the gradual mutual reference and integration of ethnic aesthetic differences.By exploring the overall style,brushstroke,composition,and other calligraphy forms of the stele,we further demonstrate the internal connection between ethnic culture,northern and southern regional culture,ethnic temperament,aesthetic choices,and calligraphy style.In terms of exploring the causes of the calligraphy style,the author has combed and summarized that the Northern Wei Dynasty,as the regime of the nomad in Xianbei in the north,had four factors affecting the difference of the style of Yuanshi epitaph.Firstly,under the political background of "sinicization and restructuring",ruler led the trend of the times;Secondly,in the process of mutual integration and establishment of marriage relationships between ethnic minorities and Han ethnic groups,the absorption and inheritance of burial culture between the Xianbei and Han ethnic groups,as well as the influence of cultural and calligraphy exchanges between the North and South regions on the evolution of the calligraphy style of the Yuan family epitaphs;The third is the joint promotion of the inherent calligraphy style and carving skills of Han scholars in the Central Plains.The fourth is the inheritance and prosperity of the "Luoyang style".In terms of the value of Yuanshi epitaphs,this article explores the continuation of the style of Yuanshi epitaphs and the inspiration of the "Luoyang style" for the style of regular script in later Sui and Tang dynasties.Exploring the differences in calligraphy styles from the perspective of epitaphs can help grasp the diversity of calligraphy styles in the Yuan family epitaphs,improve the ability to distinguish different calligraphy styles,gain insight into the changes in calligraphy styles in the epitaphs and the relationship between social culture,and analyze the cultural background and ethnic spirit core of the Yuan family epitaphs again,in order to provide reference and reference for contemporary calligraphy creation.
