Study On The Construction Of Culture And Tourism Public Service System ——A Case Study Of Jinan City

With the fast development of economy and society,people’s demand for culture and tourism shows an exponential growth trend.Cultural and tourism public services have also become an indispensable part of People’s Daily life.As social problems have changed.we will build a public service system for culture and tourism to meet the needs of integrated development of culture and tourism and improve people’s sense of happiness and gain.In this paper,jinan city as an example,the use of public management related theory,analysis of the current situation of construction,put forward the construction path,promote Jinan’s Culture and tourism development,meet the public demand for culture and tourism public services.Based on culture and tourism public service system construction in jinan as an example,using the theory of new public service theory,the overall management,service-oriented government theory,using the method of questionnaire investigation,interview and analysis system in the construction of the status quo,the top-level design preliminary build infrastructure configuration,information service coverage to expand,the service safeguard vitality,public products show window,Jinan city has achieved certain results in promoting system construction.It points out the outstanding problems existing in the construction of jinan’s culture and tourism public service system.The integration depth of jinan’s culture and tourism public service system is not deep enough,the public satisfaction is low,the refined service is insufficient,and the homogenization is serious.In view of the problems raised,on this basis,proposed to enhance the depth of fusion,improve the top-level design;Open channels for people to express their needs,and build a comprehensive system of cultural and tourism public services;Innovate service concept,improve refined service level;Enrich supply way,highlight local characteristic countermeasure.Theoretical significance of this paper is to study the jinan culture and tourism public service system construction and developme nt as primary strings,aim to rationalize the jinan related problems of the construction of the culture and tourism public service system,to explore the system’s construction of the new model of development for the construction of culture and tourism public service system to provide theoretical support.The practical significance of this study is to promote the construction of system,to fit to the fusion of culture and tourism.and put forward measures to improve the system construction,so as to provide reference for the construction of cultural and tourism public service system.
