| Language and culture are inseparable and interdependent.In the context of economic globalization and cultural diversity,many scholars believe that international Chinese education is not only a language issue,but also a cultural issue.Chinese cultural activities can not only improve the language practice ability of Chinese learners,but also cultivate their strong interest in Chinese culture.As a very common and popular form of Chinese extracurricular activities in universities,Chinese Corner can provide learners with a real language learning environment,increase opportunities for language input and acquisition,and improve Chinese communicative competence.It is not only about the stage of learning Chinese but also a window for Chinese culture to be spread and displayed to the outside world.Besides,it is also a platform to promote friendly exchanges between cultures of various countries.The School of Chinese Language and Literature of Beijing Foreign Studies University(hereinafter collectively referred to as "Chinese School")has always attached great importance to the cultural practice activities of international students.Among them,the Chinese Corner activity organized by the International Students Studio has achieved good results so far.In the context of the epidemic,the International Students Studio actively used the advantages of the cloud to carry out Chinese Corner activities with various forms and rich themes.Based on the above background,this paper will investigate and analyze the online cultural activities held in the Chinese Corner of Beijing Foreign Studies University,and explore the lessons and problems in the current Chinese Corner cultural activities of the school,so as to improve the participation of the activities.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the reason for choosing the topic,the meaning of the topic,the research content and method,and the literature review.The second chapter is the theoretical basis for the analysis of online cultural activities.This chapter discusses how to design a questionnaire and conduct a survey with the help of the "W model"and "activity theory".The third chapter is the overall design of online cultural activities.This chapter sorts out the specific situation of the activities from the perspectives of the overview of the online cultural activities of Beijing Foreign Studies University and the aspects of the design of online cultural activities.The fourth chapter is the implementation and investigation of online cultural activities.This chapter takes three representative cases of daily cultural themes,communicative cultural themes,and national cultural themes as examples to show the implementation process of online cultural activities in detail.The implementation of the questionnaire survey was carried out.The fifth chapter is the analysis and thinking of online cultural activities.By analyzing several links in the dissemination process and combining the results of the questionnaire survey,the author found the shortcomings of the school’s current activities and what can be used for reference,and finally put forward relevant suggestions from the three links before the activity,during the activity,and after the activity.Through the diachronic investigation and analysis of the online cultural activities of Beijing Foreign Studies University,the author believes that the school still has some problems in the training of event hosts,the design of event goals,and the mining of event content.There are certain innovations in the form of hosting that are worth learning from.In the last part of the thesis,the author puts forward relevant thoughts and suggestions on these issues based on the results of the investigation and personal activity experience. |
