A Practice Report On The Chinese Translation Of "Oil Ang Gas Well Drilling 4.1-5.2"

Russia has a very mature oil and gas extraction technology,however,there are still few domestic materials that systematically introduce Russia’s oil and gas well drilling technology,and the common terms in the field of Russian oil and gas well drilling are also less understood.With the continuous deepening of energy cooperation between China and Russia,the Chinese translation practice report believes that the translation and introduction of relevant materials in the field of oil and gas well drilling in Russia has strong practical significance and is worthy of indepth research.The translation project selected Chapter 4 and the first two sections of Chapter 5of the vocational textbook "Oil and Gas Well Drilling" designated by the Russian Ministry of Science and Education.Among them,the fourth chapter mainly introduces the composition,structure and working principle of the drill string,and the first two sections of the fifth chapter mainly introduce the function and type of drilling fluid.It is hoped that the translation and introduction of "Oil and Gas Well Drilling 4.1-5.2" can enrich the domestic database of related fields and provide useful references and references for the development of my country’s oil and gas well drilling technology.This Chinese translation practice report is guided by Alekseyeva’s text translation theory,follows the basic principles and methods of scientific and technological Russian translation,analyzes common problems in scientific and technological Russian translation,and focuses on exploring scientific and technological terms and technical Russian complex sentences.The translation strategy of scientific and technical Russian and the general rules of technical terminology and technical Russian translation of complex sentences are explored through case analysis,in order to deepen the research on technical Russian translation.
