| Intercultural communication competence is one of the aims of Chinese language education in China,and the improvement of intercultural communication competence plays an important role in improving the quality of education for students from Central Asia.At present,there are few studies on cross-cultural sensitivity with students from Central Asia as objects.Therefore,based on previous studies,this paper divides cross-cultural sensitivity into five dimensions:communicative participation,cultural difference identification,communicative confidence,communicative pleasure and communicative attention.In this paper,two methods of questionnaire survey and semi-open interview are used to investigate the students from Central Asia.Questionnaire using Chen &Starosta study design "intercultural sensitivity scale",on the basis of basis research topics,research object,this paper research the change of the environment,that join15 May exist,the factors which influence the intercultural sensitivity through the content of the questionnaire survey analysis,the rationality of the aspects such as reliability,amend and used for final testing.Questionnaire survey is used to preliminarily obtain the status quo of intercultural sensitivity of respondents and its possible influencing factors,while interview method is used to verify the survey results and further analyze the influencing factors.The results of the survey show that,in general,through the analysis of the questionnaire survey data,the author found that the overall level of cross-cultural sensitivity of students from Central Asia is high,and the average score of communication participation is the highest in the five dimensions,followed by the level of differential identity,communication pleasure,communication confidence,and the level of communication concentration is the lowest.Among them,the communicative participation is the highest,which shows that the Central Asian students have a strong interest in and are willing to participate in the life and customs,culture and language of the Chinese people.The communication concentration is the weakest.There are still some Central Asian students with language or communication barriers in their study and life,and they are not sensitive enough to capture the deep meaning of each other.The factors that affect the cross-cultural sensitivity include the duration of learning Chinese,the duration of coming to China,Chinese cultural courses,language partners,and Chinese cultural activities.The interview results show that communicative knowledge reserve,cultural sensitivity cultivation consciousness,professional practice activities,cultural knowledge learning platform are the supplementary influencing factors.According to the quantitative and qualitative research and analysis,we summarized the above factors and put forward corresponding solutions. |
