The development of language is often accompanied by the development of culture.At the same time,it has become a common understanding of language teaching in different countries.As an important way to promote and spread Chinese culture,Chinese International Education and teaching put forward high requirements for Chinese international teachers;own cultural accomplishment and cultural communication ability.As a reserve army of Chinese international teachers,the cultivation of Chinese talents and skills is a topic worth paying attention to,and at present,in the volunteer examination held by the Center for sino-foreign language cooperation and exchange,the assessment of Chinese talent has become the common understanding of interviewers and examinees,and the Chinese talent section is also involved in the re-examination of postgraduates in some colleges and universities.Therefore,the quality of the training of China talent class for students majoring in Chinese international education is of great importance.At present,the academic research on Chinese talent courses has also developed to a certain extent,but the setting of talent courses has its regional nature,and each university offers Chinese talent courses differently in terms of categories,hours,forms and so on in accordance with its own characteristics,in order to have more application value,we must draw a conclusion according to the concrete research object.Therefore,the article selects the Xinjiang Normal University international education major undergraduate and master China talent course to carry on the research,the main research content is as follows:The introduction part mainly introduces the background,purpose and significance of the article,as well as the five parts of Literature Review and research design.The literature review part mainly defines the concept of "professional courses"and"Chinese talent",this paper summarizes the relevant studies on the curriculum of Chinese international education,and expounds the importance of studying the curriculum,it also points out the necessity of further study on the basis of summarizing the previous studies on China;s talent course in Chinese international education.The body first introduces the current situation of Chinese talent courses for Chinese international education majors,which mainly includes two parts: undergraduate and master of Chinese International Education,this paper summarizes the similarities and differences between China;s undergraduate and master;s talent courses and the characteristics of Xinjiang Normal University;s Chinese talent courses from the perspectives of course offering,teachers,teaching,assessment methods and students;learning.Secondly,it analyzes the deficiencies of the Chinese talent course in the major of Chinese international education.It is found that both undergraduate students and master students have insufficient class hours,it is difficult for students to master the skills they have learned through a semester of study,teachers are in short supply,students;teaching practice is mainly based on knowledge and ability,and talent teaching practice is insufficient The way of assessment is single person or group presentation,and the way of assessment is relatively single.There are some differences between the talents we cultivate and the talents we need abroad.Finally,based on the interviews of 20 overseas volunteers and the teaching practice of the Xinjiang Normal University,the author puts forward concrete and operable suggestions,with a view to further improving the quality of Chinese international education students in Chinese talent training,and to provide reference for other universities in China to set up Chinese talent courses,i hope to give full play to the Chinese talent course in the dissemination of Chinese culture in a positive role. |
