CS Group was restructured from the main business and assets of Hunan Publishing Investment Holding Group Co.,LTD.,founded in December 2008,and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in October 2010.It is the first leading publishing and media stock listed in the whole industry chain in China.CS Group takes reform and innovation as the driving force and capital operation as the means to promote the sustained and rapid development of the industry and has created a number of records.Planning all kinds of cultural and creative activities,building a new relationship between government and business,school and business,as a key work of CS Group,has been rapidly and synchronously spread across the province.In accordance with requirements of the group,youth quality education department the critical approach,firmly grasp the industry together with group,book publishing,online education,the media sector,programming related units,such as the depth of cooperation,the use of brothers unit energy,completes the activity of the platform,the visual presentation,media publicity work,to achieve win-win cooperation unit,the unity of the social economic benefits.Under the new political and economic situation,CS Group’s development speed shift,structural optimization and the conversion of old and new growth drivers have become the new normal.For traditional enterprises,the need to foster and strengthen new drivers of growth and replace old ones with new ones is fraught with pain and brings new expectations.Since the 18 th National Congress of the COMMUNIST Party of China(CPC),the nationwide reading campaign has been continuously deepened,and the reading atmosphere of "loving reading,reading good books and being good at reading" has become stronger and stronger,and the national awareness and demand for reading have become stronger and stronger.Youth quality education department responded positively advancing the reading of this country,based on the service education,schools,services,actively planning to carry out the reading promotion and the class activities,do a good job in service considerate person of education lifes,constantly strengthen and improve enterprise brand image,consolidate and accumulation of education administration and school student resources.Guided by the marketing theory,the Division of Youth Quality Education explores the deep involvement of media in the education industry,optimizes and upgrades the traditional section,tries its best to build the industrial chain of cultural and creative events,and moves from "accumulating potential energy" to "making strength and surpassing".Refer to himself through to the related literature,the existing of CS group development strategy,digital publishing,profit model,such as research,however,were not related with the events in the development of related research,the practical problems for youth quality education department to provide solutions,therefore,this thesis aimed to meet the actual needs of enterprises for the purpose of theory combining with practice,to marketing management in the 4 p marketing mix strategy,SWOT analysis tools,such as PEST analysis model on the basis of investigation and analysis of the CS group in the industrial chain perspective and below event marketing problems and main influence factors,Through the research of marketing status quo and the analysis of marketing opportunities,the application plan of marketing mix strategy is put forward,and the ideas and concrete measures are put forward from the aspects of diversified product accumulation,selection of competition administration fee,channel expansion strategy,communication media matrix and three-dimensional promotion combination,and brand building of the competition.The vision of THE youth Quality Education Division of CS Group is to promote its literary and creative competition to become the national first-class brand competition,the first brand of youth public service writing,and the most favorite reading and writing service product.On the way to achieve corporate goals,we have encountered the following bottlenecks: first,the influence of the event is accelerating,but there is still a certain distance to reach the first echelon of the event;Secondly,the viscosity and correlation between the event and users need to be strengthened.Third,the economic performance of products has not yet reached the scale effect,the volume needs to be expanded,and efforts should be made to improve the profitability of related products.Fourth,the service system is still in the extensive and labor-intensive stage,so an efficient platform should be built.Meanwhile,the service level should be improved through service outsourcing of professional organizations to build professional creative writing competition teams.Facing the optimization of economic structure,transform growth research stage,the teenagers architecture& construction quality education "ecosystem in education make teenagers vertical spheres of culture and the construction of hunan leading quality education platform" as the goal,to carry out the company’s marketing strategy adjustment optimization methods,boosting the old and new kinetic energy conversion,active transformation in publishing media leave deep impression.This paper is about how to design a marketing mix strategy application plan for the creative competition of this article in the quality-oriented education department of teenagers,which provides reference for CS Group brothers and marketing reference for the national cultural and creative competition industry.
