These shows that overall scales of the cultural and creative industry in Xiamen, the macroeconomic and government policy guidance on the development of the industry has play a key role. At the same time, the weakness of the innovation and demand ability also shows that the current prosperity for the presentation of the industry is not mainly rely on large market demand and the good economic returns by enterprises achieved, but the more powerful push by government.Thirdly, on account of the study and summary, from the perspective of industry chain, the article made from five aspects, including construction personnel training and introduction, industrial parks, cultural brand strategy, improve the investment and financing system, accelerate the transformation of government functions and so on. Then we can achieve cultural and creative industry in Xiamen to become more and more prosperity.
