| The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China made an important conclusion that the main social contradictions have changed.Continuously satisfying the people’s growing needs for a better life has become the goal of resolving the current main social contradictions.At present,this need includes not only more material needs but also the demand and expectation for quality culture.Continuously enriching and satisfying the spiritual and cultural needs of the people and accelerating the development of public cultural services are not only the responsibility of the government,but also the positive meaning of building a people’s satisfaction-oriented government.It has an important positive significance for comprehensively improving the cultural literacy of citizens,building cultural confidence,and building a culturally powerful country.Under the guidance of public satisfaction theory,new public management theory,and new public service theory,this article uses public satisfaction as a research perspective,comprehensively using literature research methods,questionnaire methods,and statistical analysis methods to provide a comprehensive analysis of public culture in Tianjin B District Services for research.Draw lessons from the PCSSI model and previous experience results,and actively construct a satisfaction index model and evaluation indicators that are in line with the public cultural service supply status of District B.Statistical analysis and testing show that the data has good reliability and validity,and the satisfaction evaluation is more successful.By exploring the influence of demographic characteristics on overall satisfaction,the analysis shows that the higher the education level,the lower the satisfaction.From the calculation result of the satisfaction index,it is concluded that the public cultural service satisfaction of District B is 71.44%,which is higher than the basic satisfaction level and has not yet reached a relatively satisfactory level.Then tap the reasons and problems of low satisfaction.On this basis,six targeted suggestions were put forward to establish a public demand expression and feedback mechanism,increase the coverage of public cultural activities,improve the service efficiency of public cultural facilities,increase the publicity of public cultural services,promote the digital development of public cultural services,and improve the convenience of public cultural services. |
