Basic public Cultural service is an important part of basic public service and an important channel for public access to cultural services.With the development of social economy,the public cultural life is becoming more and more abundant,and the basic public cultural service also needs to make reasonable adjustment according to the change of public cultural demand,which puts forward new challenges to the government to provide basic public cultural services.Whether the public group can make rational use of the basic public cultural service resources provided by the Government and evaluate the satisfaction of the basic public cultural services is of great significance to the benign development of the basic public cultural service supply level of the government.This paper studies the public satisfaction of the supply of basic public cultural services in China by using the theoretical model of customer satisfaction of Fornell in the United States.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background,significance and research methods of the public satisfaction of basic public cultural services,and combs the relevant literatures of the research on the public satisfaction of basic public cultural services based on the theoretical model of customer satisfaction at home and abroad.Secondly,it defines the relevant concepts and connotations of the public satisfaction of basic public cultural services,and expounds the theoretical basis.Then,the paper puts forward the theoretical model and hypothesis of public satisfaction in the supply of basic public cultural services,and prepares a questionnaire on the public satisfaction of basic public cultural services,and makes a survey visit to 591 members of the public in the cities,towns and rural areas of Y city.Then,use SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 23.0 to do statistical analysis and measurement model,hypothesis test for the research data.Through the reliability test,exploratory factor analysis and structural equation model,hypothesis verification analysis,the results show that:1.The public’s expectation of the government’s supply of basic public cultural services and the perceived quality of the existing basic public cultural services have a significant positive impact on the public satisfaction of basic public cultural services.The higher the service level of basic public cultural services and facilities and cultural service workers,the higher the degree of public satisfaction;2.Public satisfaction with the supply of basic public cultural services has a significant positive impact on public loyalty.The higher the public’s satisfaction with the existing basic public cultural services,the more willing to continue to use the basic public cultural services provided by the Government in the future,the more willing to recommend the use of basic public cultural services to relatives and friends;3."Basic public cultural services to provide public satisfaction measurement scale" has a good reliability and validity,It can be used as a measuring tool for public evaluation of the present situation of the supply of basic public cultural services;4.The evaluation of basic public cultural services by public groups in the whole situation is better now,the public expectation,perceived quality,public satisfaction and public loyalty are all in the middle preference level,and some index results of perceived quality dimension are not ideal,but also reached the medium level,the basic public cultural services to provide public satisfaction is generally better.This study suggests that:1.Basic public cultural services need to strengthen the supply of basic public cultural service facilities,focus on safeguarding the supply of basic cultural service facilities at the grass-roots level,and reduce the gap between urban and rural areas in the supply of cultural facilities;2,according to public cultural preferences,combined with local cultural characteristics,the use of new media and Internet technology advantages To improve the quality of basic public cultural services and enrich the types and forms of cultural services;3.Selection of basic public cultural service staff by selection examination,upgrading the service level of basic public cultural service staff by means of training and assessment,and implementing financial safeguard mechanism;4.The Government has increased the publicity of information on cultural services,To enhance public awareness of the information on basic public cultural services and to better integrate cultural services with public life;5,to encourage social capital to participate in the supply of basic public cultural services,to promote innovation in the field of basic public cultural services,and to enhance public satisfaction in basic public cultural services.
