Objective: on the basis of higher vocational students psychological elasticity(ability to resist setback)related factors,psychological immune principle and its related influencing factors,design targeted the "psychological immune" type of group psychological counseling,and mental resilience scale(CD-RISC)as assessment tool,through the contrast experiment of the experimental group and the control group before and after psychological elasticity level,discusses the higher vocational students psychological intervention effect of elastic.Methods: this study adopted the experimental method to recruit subjects from two vocational colleges in H city,G province.On the principle of voluntuliity,60 students were selected through questionnaires and personal interviews and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received 10 regular "psychological immunity" group psychological counseling,while the control group did not receive any counseling.At the end of the experiment,the mental resilience of the two groups was evaluated and compared with other qualitative research methods,such as interviews,to explore whether the "psychological immunity" type of group psychological counseling can promote the mental resilience of higher vocational students.Results: the results of this study showed that:1.After the group psychological counseling of "psychological immunity",there was a significant difference in the overall mental resilience between the experimental group and the control group.There are significant differences in resilience,strength and optimism.2.In terms of the total score of mental resilience and all dimensions,the pre-test and post-test data of the experimental group showed significant differences.3.After group intervention,the experimental group had positive changes in mood and behavior to varying degrees.Conclusion: the psychological immune group counseling designed in this study is feasible and effective."Psychological immunity" group psychological counseling has a significant effect on improving mental resilience of higher vocational students.
