The Vocational High School Students' Mental Resilience:An Experimental Study With Positive Emotions Oriented Group Counseling

Objective: this study based on the theory of positive psychology and positive emotions related to design group counseling program,to the vocational high school students as the object to carry out the group guidance,so as to test positive group guidance for high school students' positive emotions and mental resilience increase whether has the help.Methods: this study used a pretest,measuring and tracking test after 3months after manner,drawn from students volunteered to 40 students,random sort parity group,after the draw decided to experimental group and control group.The experimental group students were randomly divided into two the same number of groups to participate in,the experimental group for every 2 hours once a week and eight weeks of group activities,and the control group is still in the natural state of learning,not to participate in any group psychological activities.This experiment is to adolescent mental resilience scale,positive negative emotions scale as measuring tools,the experimental group and control group subjects were accepted intervention before and after the intervention and tracking test after 3months.For the analysis of the data before and after the experiment and after completion of the experimental process and experiment combined with observation,interview and positive emotions file cover tracking growth record record.Results: the experimental results show that in the quantitative research,group guidance before the operation scale experimental group and control group of positive and negative emotions and mental resilience scale score there was no significant difference,the experimental group of positive and negative emotions scale before and after the test significant difference in the positive emotions and negative emotions,the experimental group before mental resilience scale back in emotional control,family support,interpersonal assist significant difference was found in three dimensions,the target concentration and positive cognitive no significant difference on the two dimensions.After three months of tracking effect is not significant difference.Inqualitative research,from the members of the interview,researchers,parents,peer observation,interview,positive emotions,the record file cover,affect members of the group guidance factors of positive emotions and mental toughness "meaningful","theory can be applied to life","record and share good".Conclusions: this study the following conclusions: through the positive group guidance,vocational schools has improved the students' positive emotion level,mental resilience level has been enhanced,explain through positive group guidance to promote high school students' positive emotions and mental flexibility has a positive impact.
