Research On Public Participation In The Construction Of Red Culture Service System In Jiangxi Province

Red culture is a revolutionary culture born in the years of wars and revolutions.Jiangxi Province inherits the red genes and is rich in red cultural resources.This is of great significance to the construction of a culturally strong province in Jiangxi.In recent years,Jiangxi Province has innovated the operating mechanism of the red culture management system,actively built a platform for public participation,promoted the gradual institutionalization,standardization,and normalization of red cultural volunteer services,and led the public to actively participate in the construction of the red cultural service system.But at the same time,it should be noted that the construction of the red culture service system in Jiangxi Province is still relatively weak,the public awareness of participation is not strong,and the ability and quality of participation are not high.There is a gap with the overall promotion of the red culture in Jiangxi Province,and it is urgent to improve and upgrade.Under the guidance of the theory of public participation and the theory of multiple co-governance,this article focuses on the construction of the red culture service system in Jiangxi Province and the status quo of public participation,combined with public participation needs and satisfaction surveys,and puts forward the performance of public participation in the red culture service system of Jiangxi Province.That is: the current red cultural activities in Jiangxi Province do not meet the public’s hobbies,public participation is insufficient,the content of public participation is not comprehensive,and the way of public participation is relatively single.The main reason lies in the lack of attention to public participation in the top-level design of the government’s red culture.The establishment of the public participation in the red cultural service system is not complete,and the government needs to improve the level of public participation in the red cultural service guarantee.Based on this,in the current process of building a red cultural awareness and attractiveness,increase public awareness,cultivate public cultural participation awareness and participation habits;improve the content of public participation in red cultural services Supply,optimize and upgrade the red cultural space layout,innovate and improve the red cultural classic scenic system,and highlight the red cultural and educational functions of Jiangxi;improve the institutional mechanism for the public to effectively participate in the red cultural service system,establish a feedback mechanism for the masses’ cultural needs and a satisfaction index system,Improve the evaluation mechanism of public participation in the construction of red culture;guide the public to inherit the genes of red culture,strive to improve the intensity and effect of public participation,and promote the great development of red culture in Jiangxi.
