Visual Design Of Tianjin Dharma Drum Based On Music Visualization Research

The design of intangible cultural heritage is a topic that designers are always familiar with.However,when we once changed our position to consumers or information receivers,we will find a dazzling array of cultural and creative products as we open shopping software or walk into museums or tourist scenic spots.We have to start considering that under the background of mature mass production models,how many designs can attract attention so that they will not be forgotten immediately after the freshness disappears,and how many designs can convey the cultural connotation behind the product.When faced with the declining traditional customs or cultural heritage,in addition to the mechanical production with paintings,can designers try to make effort to these art forms which at the edge of public’s vision through a more novel,more contemporary,and more trendy way.On the one hand,this paper takes music visualization as an entry point,finds the physiological and psychological basis of music visualization by analyzing literature,discussing the rationality of its realization,and summarizing two common conversion methods of auditory language and visual language in practical applications.On the other hand,the author traces the historical background of the intangible cultural heritage of Tianjin Dharma Drum,understands its changing situation in the contemporary era,and summarizes the art and culture including artifacts,performance methods,notation methods,etc.And finally through the way of music visualization,finish the transformation between auditory language and visual language.The research finally selected mobile phones as the medium,and designed an instant interactive music rhythm game with the theme of Tianjin Dharma Drum,which match the preferences and aesthetic tastes of young people today.Eventually try to attracting new ideas and broadening the designer’s horizons.
