Since the promulgation and implementation of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Law in 2011,China has been strengthening the protection and promotion of intangible cultural heritage.Under such social background,the dissemination and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage has also become a hot research topic.Through reading relevant literature,it is found that in the current diversified new media environment,the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage information among young people faces great challenges.In this paper,the Shanxi diet intangible cultural heritage is taken as the research object.From the overall perspective of the spread and promotion of Shanxi diet intangible cultural heritage,and selects 9 items diet intangible cultural heritages,including Xinghuacun Fenjiu brewing skills、Jin-style Moon Cake production skills、Longxu Ramen and Sliced Noodles production skills,except for the expansion items.This paper comprehensively uses the literature research,questionnaire survey and other research methods to analyze the challenges faced by the communication of diet intangible cultural heritage among young audiences and the poor communication effect of the existing communication methods of Shanxi diet intangible cultural heritage.Through the relevant theory and literature analysis of infographics,it is known that infographics have the advantages of rich visual language 、 intuitive information presentation,and diverse media,which are suitable for the dissemination and promotion of Shanxi diet intangible cultural heritage.Therefore,this study designs the infographics of Shanxi diet intangible cultural heritage from the aspects of target positioning、information sorting,and design implementation,and promotes and publicizes it through new media communication to improve its communication efficiency.It is hoped that the above research and design practice will play a certain role in promoting the dissemination and development of Shanxi diet intangible cultural heritage.In addition,the author also carried out the communication effect experiment of the graphic H5 of Shanxi Province,the practical result of this topic,which proved that the graphic H5 could systematically show the relevant information of Shanxi diet intangible cultural heritage,and to a certain extent,could effectively improve the understanding interest of young people in diet intangible cultural heritage.This study is carried out on the basis of previous studies,and there will definitely be innovative development in the follow-up.It is expected that the Shanxi diet intangible cultural heritage can be more widely spread in the future research. |
