For a long time,rural publicity has been regarded as an important foundation for the development of rural society.It plays a role in coordinating the interests of all parties in rural society.It can effectively promote and consolidate the cooperative relationship between various subjects in rural society.It is an orderly and harmonious relationship among rural residents.An important support for the stable development of public life.With the continuous development of my country’s economy and society,rural society has also entered a new historical transition period.The lives of rural residents have undergone earth-shaking changes.The individual consciousness of villagers has become stronger and more and more attention has been paid to rural public services and collective culture.Weakened,the crisis of rural publicity began to appear.Rural residents’ participation is a prerequisite for the reconstruction of rural publicity and good governance of public services,as well as an important prerequisite for safeguarding and protecting rural residents’ political rights and related rights and interests.Therefore,solving the problem of rural residents’ public participation is important for resolving rural publicity crises and realizing rural publicity.Cultural revitalization is of great significance.This article takes X Village in Yinhai District of Beihai City as an example to investigate the participation of rural residents in public cultural services and finds that it is basically in a state of "weak participation" in public cultural services as a whole,which greatly restricts the public culture of the village.Orderly development of services.In order to deeply analyze the action logic behind the "weak participation" phenomenon of residents in this village,this article attempts to answer based on the reality of Village X and from the perspective of public participation theory and field-habituation theory.Through research and excavation,this article finds that the inefficient operation of the cultural system,the lack of local cultural substitution,the lack of social support,and the lack of spatial support are the macroscopic factors that cause the weak participation of the residents of X Village in public culture.At the micro level,psychological anxiety,low emotional identity,cultural stratification,and interest connection are the internal causes of low participation of X village residents. |
