Research On The Dilemma Of Residents’ Participation In The Construction Of Rural Community Culture

Rural residents are the main body of rural communities.By participating in the construction of community culture,rural residents can more directly appeal to their own cultural needs,make up for the lack of government services,and relieve the pressure of the government.Enhancing the participation ability of residents plays an important role in promoting the cultural construction of rural communities and the overall progress of society.Therefore,if we want to do a good job in cultural construction,we should comprehensively improve the enthusiasm of residents,promote the participation of rural residents,and increase the endogenous power of cultural development.At present,in the environment of social work widely joined in community construction,how to deeply explore and effectively construct rural community culture through professional concepts,methods and skills of social work,so as to promote rural residents to participate in community culture construction has become the focus of relevant research and practice.Under the guidance of the theory of increasing energy and the concept of regional development mode,this paper takes the G community survey of Foshan City as an example,through consulting the literature related to the cultural construction of rural communities and residents’ participation at home and abroad,using the questionnaire method and observation method to deeply understand the current situation of residents’ participation in the cultural construction of G community,and more comprehensively summarizes the difficulties of G community residents’ participation,which is mainly manifested as: living in The consciousness of civil rights is poor,the enthusiasm of participation is low,the participants are unbalanced,and there is no effective mechanism of participation and expression.In view of the above difficulties,the author summed up three reasons: first,the lack of innovation in the content of cultural activities and inadequate policy publicity;second,the personal reasons of rural residents;third,the imperfect cultural construction system of rural communities.Finally,the author gives specific measures and methods from the community level,the residents level and the system level.This paper hopes that through this series of countermeasures and suggestions,it can solve the problem of G residents’ participation,enhance the ability of rural residents’ participation,and provide a new perspective for other areas of China to alleviate the problem of residents’ participation.
