| Grammar learning is very important for junior high school students,and runs through the whole process o f junior high school English learning.However,the current form of grammar teaching is single,the classroom is boring,and students’ dominant position is ignored.This paper applies flipped classroom model to junior high school English grammar teaching,aiming to improve the status of junior high school English grammar teaching.With the rapid development of modern information techno logy,the traditional grammar teaching methods in C hina can’t meet the needs of students’ learning.In this context,the flipped classroom teaching mode came into being.The biggest advantage of flipped classroom is to improve the classroom interaction,specifically between teachers and students and between students.Using the "flipped classroom" mode,students complete their learning at home through the teaching platform,making the classroom a place for interaction between teachers and students,including answering questions and solving puzzles,completing homework,etc.We want to achieve the better teaching effect.Professor Eric Mazur proposed that because the new network technology makes the teaching of knowledge convenient and easy,teachers should change the teaching mode and put the teaching focus and time into the second step,in other words,put the important process o f "absorption and internalization" in the classroom time.When teachers become more mentors than content transmitters,we also have the opportunity to observe the interaction between students.The author tries to apply flipped classroom to junior high school English grammar teaching,in order to improve students’ English grammar scores and enhance students’ interest in English reading.Three hypotheses are proposed in this study.(1)How does flipped classroom teaching mode affect junior high school English grammar scores?(2)How does flipped classroom teaching mode affect classroom interaction?(3)How does flipped classroom teaching mode affect the interest of English learning?The author selected a natural class in a junior high school in Zhengzhou as the experimental object.Before the experiment,the author through interviews and tests to understand the current situation of junior high school English reading teaching and the existing level of the experimental class.During the experiment,the experimental class adopts a new flipped classroom mode.After the experiment,the author uses the second test to test the difference between the two grammar scores,and uses the questionnaire to understand the change and influence of flipped classroom on the experimental class students from four dimensions of emotional attitude,acceptance,method feedback and effect evaluation.Through investigation and research,the author finds that flipped classroom teaching mode is very helpful for students to improve their English grammar scores and cultivate their interest in learning.It can also make students more active in learning English grammar,reduce their grammar anxiety,and most students have positive comments on the flipped classroom.This study shows that the flipped class room teaching mode of junior high school grammar reading teaching has practical significance. |
