| Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2011 edition)was formally carried out,which indicated that curriculum reform entered a new stage.The revised curriculum standards show the importance of English listening and speaking teaching in junior high school.However,it is worrying that there are many problems in nowadays junior high school’s English listening and speaking teaching.Students’listening and speaking practicing and training are not enough,and students’ abilities of listening and speaking are not up to the standard.However,teachers give too much focus on language knowledge in class.Therefore "deaf English" and "dumb English" appear,which means students are not able to comprehend English materials by listening and meanwhile they are not willing to speak English.After reading and analyzing the literature from at home and abroad,the writer finds there are a few researches on the English listening and speaking teaching in junior high school from the perspective of flipped classroom and information technology.In order to reach the English listening and speaking teaching and learning aims mentioned in Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2011 edition)and improve efficiency of English listening and speaking teaching and students’ abilities of English listening and teaching,the writer carries on the research on English listening and speaking teaching in junior high school from the perspective of flipped classroom on Education Cloud Platform and discovers its practical effects in teaching practice.Three questions are answered in the research.1.How is the implementation of English listening and speaking teaching in junior high school from the perspective of flipped classroom on Education Cloud Platform?2.What are the features of English listening and speaking teaching in junior high school from the perspective of flipped classroom on Education Cloud Platform?3.What are the effects of English listening and speaking teaching in junior high school from the perspective of flipped classroom on Education Cloud Platform?Under the guidance of Constructivism Learning Theory and Mastery Learning Theory,based on the objectives in the curriculum standards,the writer chooses two classes with 36 students respectively as the experimental class and the control class.During the research,the writer makes the best of diverse research instruments like tests,questionnaires and interviews with SPSS and Excel to cope with the data collected in the process.The results show:1.There are two stages of English listening and speaking teaching in junior high school from the perspective of flipped classroom on Education Cloud Platform.The first stage is self-learning tasks and online tests before class,and the second stage is practice,presentation and diversified evaluation of English listening and teaching.The learning resources that meet the needs of learning listening and speaking and the available learning guides are the guarantees of students’ self-learning efficiency.Teachers are able to find the Zone of Proximal Development quickly and precisely on the basis of the oline tests of self-learning before class on Education Cloud Platform.Interactive activities and prompt evaluation are the assurance of students’ deeper learning.Diversified student performance assessment is the method of feeding back and improving the results of students’ learning.2.There are three features of English listening and speaking teaching in junior high school from the perspective of flipped classroom on Education Cloud Platform.English listening and speaking teaching in junior high school from the perspective of flipped classroom on Education Cloud Platform takes students as the center,problem solving as the direction and interactive personalized guidance as the principle.3.English listening and speaking teaching in junior high school from the perspective of flipped classroom on Education Cloud Platform is effective.It can make students get better results of English listening and speaking tests,and it will reduce junior high school English learning performance polarization disparity.It can improve the abilities of listening comprehension and language expression,and it can develop students’ English’s key competencies.What’s more,it can stimulate students’ learning initiative and motivation,and it will arouse students’ interest of English listening and speaking..The research will help to implement the requirements of English listening and speaking teaching in Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2011 edition),change the present situation of English listening and speaking teaching in junior high school and enrich the application and studies of English listening and speaking teaching in junior high school from the perspective of flipped classroom. |
