| Given learners in Korea need a more suitable Chinese textbook. This paper takes New Practical Chinese Textbook(Korean version)and Mastering Chinese Step1 as examples to make a comparative study of the five aspects of pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, text, practice and cultural items in the textbooks, and finally provides some suggestions for the compilation of elementary Chinese in Korean. The paper consists of four chapters.Through data analysis and table arrangement, the author draws the following conclusions: The phonetic teaching of New Practical Chinese Textbook(Korean version)runs through the whole book, the grammar arrangement is more systematic, and the topic of the text is close to life.Although the exercises are concentrated, many of them are monotonous and lack of national characteristics."Mastering Chinese Step1" focuses on the cultivation of students’ listening and speaking skills. The culture section has strong characteristics of times and pertinence, and the layout design is more scientific. The form of combining pictures and words is worth learning from. The types of exercises are varied and practical, but the number of grammar items is a little less, the difficulty is low,and the arrangement is not systematic. The two textbooks pay attention to the principle of "combination of concentration and dispersion",but they do not pay attention to the teaching of Chinese characters, and the interesting aspect needs to be improved. The two textbooks basically meet the requirements of compilation of primary Chinese textbooks. The New Practical Chinese Textbook(Korean language edition)needs to strengthen its Korean orientation, while the Mastering Chinese Step1 needs to improve the systematic compilation of grammar and enrich the emotional topics. |
