To achieve effectiveness in classroom instruction, teachers not only need to grasp the factors concerning the students like their own attitudes, motivations etc.,but need good capabilities in organizing/managing instruction.Volunteers for teaching Chinese language in Thailand,as the mainstay of the teaching force teaching Chinese in Thailand, are people who passed repeated assessments in various phases such as the selection process and pre-post training, but they still find their deficiencies in various aspects in actual work, especially like the issue of how to efficiently organize and manage students to participate in their teaching activities, which is a difficult problem for most novice Chinese teachers.Examining and reflecting on the state of one’s own classroom organization/management and exchanging experiences and learning from each other,is an effective way to improve teaching ability and realize the transformation from a novice Chinese teacher to an excellent Chinese teacher. At the same time, the following is also the original intention of this thesis: collect and analyze the real data of classroom organization and management of novice Chinese teachers in Thailand to form a thesis that can reflect the daily teaching situation of volunteer Chinese teachers in Thailand and propose suggestions for improving teaching ability and enabling them to better adapt to the work. This thesis mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and case analysis, and constitutes a structural framework through five chapters: Introduction,Questionnaire Results Display,Teaching Case Analysis,Error Summary, and Suggestions and Countermeasures.Among them, the Introduction chapter will discuss the topic selection context, research methods, relevant literature review, research purpose/significance;the Questionnaire Results Display chapter will make a thorough presentation, attached with questionnaire analysis,on the content and survey results of the questionnaire which targets at teachers in the context of the theoretical knowledge of classroom organization/management.;the Teaching Case Analysis chapter will interview the selected typical teachers, record the classroom conditions they encounter, and discuss whether the solutions are effective;the Error Summary chapter still takes teachers as the main target, summarizes their mistakes in each phase of classroom teaching organization/management,and analyzes the reasons;the last chapter will address the typical and inevitable mistakes of most novice Chinese teachers, and put forward effective workable suggestions. |
