With the rapid development of international Chinese education,the "circle of friends" in Chinese is increasing,attracting more international friends connecting the world through language bridges.The number of Chinese learners around the world,the scale of teaching,the teaching staff,and the compilation of textbooks have all experienced significant growth and improvement.This paper takes ten international Chinese novice teachers as the research object.Through classroom observation,recording corpus transcription,case analysis,interview.To analyze and research,summarize the current problems existing in the classroom teaching behavior to reflect and discuss,and to provide some intentional reference for the improvement of teaching skills of international Chinese novice teachers in the future.According to the analysis and research on the classroom teaching behaviors of ten international Chinese novice teachers,it is found that in the classroom questioning teaching behavior of novice teachers,the forms of classroom questioning are mainly designated individual answers and whole class collective answers,classroom questioning strategy is mainly based on direct questioning and indirect questioning.positive feedback is more than negative feedback;the form of classroom feedback strategy is single and not targeted.novice teachers have weak awareness of classroom management behavior.They should grasp the teaching rhythm that suits the students,respect the purpose of the students,combine the actual situation of the class,and jointly formulate with the students in a fair and democratic way that conforms to the characteristics of the class.classroom rules.
