| With the expansion of China’s influence and the spread of Chinese culture,there has been a "Chinese fever" around the world,and more and more international friends have begun to learn Chinese.Among them,foreign students have an inevitable demand for learning Chinese,and language is the basis of communication.However,in real life,foreign students have problems such as poor experience of studying abroad due to language barrier and communication barrier.Foreign students play the role of spreading Chinese culture and expanding China’s influence.Therefore,the experience of foreign students learning Chinese requires in-depth research and practice by designers.In the research of this topic,based on the theory of situation cognition,firstly,the theory of situation cognition and user experience related theories are studied.Secondly,the status quo of Chinese learning APP is analyzed,and the products are analyzed and compared in detail from three aspects: functional requirements,information interaction and visual perception.The advantages and disadvantages of the current Chinese learning APP are summarized,and the commonalities,differences and development trends of each level are summarized.In the research stage,the author USES the questionnaire method,the user interviews,card classification tools such as the user is quantitative and qualitative research,collect user in the practical problems in the process of learning Chinese,requirements,emotional change,etc.,and according to the learning motivation,learning behavior,learning demand side key users can be divided into the learning users and phenotype,According to the characteristics of different types of users,the needs of target users are deeply excavated,and typical user scene stories are established.Finally,according to the design definition,targeted design strategies and design schemes are output from three levels: functional requirements,information interaction and visual perception.Then,through an in-depth survey of overseas students’ Chinese learning,three design strategies are put forward on three levels: user context design to meet personalized learning needs in terms of functional requirements,task context design based on in-depth Chinese learning scenarios,and environmental context design to enhance cross-cultural emotional fusion.In terms of information interaction,it is proposed to establish a clear hierarchical information architecture and create an immersive experience by using micro-interaction design with timely feedback.In terms of visual perception,it is proposed to create a multi-dimensional and three-dimensional visual experience,a multi-sensory design that combines vision,hearing and touch,and an emotional design that creates a sense of learning pleasure.Finally,in terms of design practice,the design definition is made for the overseas students’ Chinese learning APP,and the design practice is carried out from three aspects:function,interaction and vision.To solve the problems in the learning process,such as lack of planning and effect perception,unsustained learning behavior,poor application effect of Chinese communication and loneliness in intercultural learning,and create a new Chinese learning experience by creating interesting learning situations and building intercultural social circle. |
