Research On The Innovation Of Operation Mode Of Cultural And Creative Industrial Park

Cultural and creative industries as a new industry,the rapid development in the world,especially the rise of digital cultural and creative industries,has quickly become a new growth point of the global economy.As an important carrier of cultural and creative industry development,cultural and Creative Industry Park has become the driving force of gathering industries and promoting industrial development.Especially in China,local governments have issued a lot of policies to support the development of cultural and creative industries,among which the policies to support the development of cultural and creative industries parks have become the conventional measures taken by governments at all levels to develop cultural and creative industries.In the development process of cultural and Creative Industry Park,building a good park operation mode can not only promote the development of cultural and creative industry,but also effectively drive the development of local culture,tourism,commerce and other economy,but also shape a new cultural brand for the city.Therefore,combined with the development trend of cultural and creative industry,according to the development law of cultural and Creative Industry Park,it is particularly important to study the operation mode of cultural and Creative Industry Park,especially for the development stage of the park,explore the innovation of operation mode,and promote the sustainable development of cultural and creative industry park.Since2018,the author has been responsible for the operation of the cultural and creative industry park project.Combined with years of work accumulation in the cultural and creative industry,the author has also visited many well-known cultural and creative industry parks at home and abroad.Based on this,this paper will take the industrial ecological operation mode of the Perfect Park as an example to study how to build the industrial ecosystem of the cultural and Creative Industrial Park in the new economic wave brought by the digital cultural and creative industry,so that the cultural and creative industrial park can develop more healthily,and provide new theoretical support for other cultural and creative industrial parks in the exploration of operation mode innovation.For the research on the innovation of operation mode of cultural and Creative Industry Park,this paper will combine the development of global cultural and creative industry and cultural and Creative Industry Park,through the study of five cultural and creative industry parks and four classic traditional operation modes,to explore the characteristics of their operation modes in different policies,fields,or various stages of cultural and creative industry development.Combined with their analysis and inspiration,this paper focuses on the innovation of the operation mode of the Perfect Park located in Chenghua District of Chengdu.The innovation of the operation mode of Perfect Park lies in that,in the face of the high-speed development of cultural and creative industry in digital cultural and creative industry,relying on the theory of industrial ecosystem,combined with the high dependence of the development of cultural and creative industry on industrial clusters,enterprises in the industrial park can obtain more business opportunities by constructing the coordination of industrial chain and organizing multi-level business system.Starting from the planning of core industries,constructing the industrial chain,organizing the multi-level business system through the cooperation among industries,and forming the industrial ecosystem is the Perfect Park ecological operation mode of cultural and creative park.Based on the analysis of the industrial ecological operation mode,this paper discusses how to use the space carrier of cultural and creative industrial park to build the core industry ecosystem and form the industrial chain relationship,so that the upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain can incubate more digital cultural and creative projects and content ecology in the process of highly collaborative,so as to create more business opportunities and get rid of the operation mode of industrial park which is purely supported by rent,In order to enhance the sustainable development and economic vitality of the industrial park,we should build more levels of income system for the industrial park.From the development history of cultural and creative industrial parks,in the early stage of development,most of the cultural and creative industrial parks attract industries to settle in through a large number of preferential policies in order to gather enterprises.If there is no reasonable planning for the operation of the cultural and Creative Industrial Park,in the middle of the development of the industrial park,the enterprises in the park may move out because the rent is getting higher and higher or after the expiration of the preferential policies,which makes the Industrial Park prosperous for a while,and then decline or close down.Now the cultural and creative industry has entered a period of rapid development,this paper explores the use of industrial ecological operation mode to promote the sustainable development of cultural and Creative Industry Park,and studies how to obtain higher economic vitality in the development process of cultural and Creative Industry Park,so as to provide some reference for better promoting the rapid and healthy development of cultural and creative industry.
